The people in 2ch were saying that the Westerners hate the LAST too and were feeling that the NARUTO fans are feeling the same all around the world. They don't know NH is popular so they feel Comraderie against the Western Naruto fans

You know it's times like this that I regret becoming a fan of Naruto. I mean had the series been completed and I read all 700 chapters similar to what Ria did then I could've saved all the time I wasted. I still remember I started the anime with Part 1 and absolutely loved what was going on, the fillers in Part 1 were okay I didn't complain too much about them. The world building, the fights, seeing the growths of the three main characters it was great. At that point in time pairings didn't even occurred to me all I cared about was seeing how Naruto was going to overcome everything.
Part 2 rolls around and I had the same mindset going in, and one of the things that immediately drew me was not just it's been 2 years since the end of Part 1 but things got dark especially in the first two arcs where you saw the sufferings that Naruto had to go through, and I'll be honest the minute Naruto went 4 tails and Sakura did whatever it took for him to come back to his senses it was that moment that made me realize NaruSaku was meant to be. However even during that point in time pairings were like a side thing going in my mind because in came Sasuke's reintroduction which was good at the time. In Shippuden (Part 2) not only was it dark, but it was emotional as well because you had the death of Asuma, Chiyo, Jiraiya, Itachi, and Pain and those were some pretty emotional moments that made impacts on characters.
The Pain Arc comes around and holy kitten I was on the edge of my seat week after week because Naruto had a resolve of revenge of avenging Jiraiya that was him at maybe his second darkest hour, considering that he went 4 tails in Sai and Sasuke Arc, and the fight against Pain was excellent. The execution granted with Nagato reviving everyone did sorta kill the impact that the arc was building towards, but it was still probably the last best arc in shippuden (Part 2). After I finished the Pain Arc I took my hiatus from Naruto because I got wrapped up in Halo and Gears of War series for a while from 2007 to mid 2011. During that time my best friend informed me about how I should continue reading Naruto from where I left off cause things were getting pretty intense in the manga. So trusting his word I continued re-reading Naruto from where I left off as I waited for Gears of War 3 to release, and there I started the Kage Summit Arc.
I got to tell you reading through the chapters initially at the time it felt odd considering with how things were handled in Pain Arc and what rubbed me the wrong way was Naruto hyperventilating about Sasuke and my initial response was "Hey Naruto I get he's your best friend, but you do realize you're also the hero of village." but also I kinda considered it as Sasuke not only descending further into darkness, but him in his darkest hour when in Karin's presence similar to when Naruto was in his 4 Tails state in front of Sakura. Overall Kage Summit didn't turn out to be my favorite arc, but I considered it okay at best during that point in time.
The Confining Jinchuriki Arc made me look in a completely different direction because that held weight to it, but also something many of us were left wondering how did the events take place where the nine tails attacked the village and that's what I loved but also like the Pain Arc, Naruto got to meet his mother for the first time and that held some legit weight, and the training he endured to control Kurama's power. The fight between Tobi (Obito) and Konan man people just need to stay away from the Rain village cause someone just ends up dying when they end up waltzing in there. It made this arc become an all time favorite of mine I'd probably have to say my either first or second favorite in the series.
Now we come down to it, the final arc The Fourth Great Ninja War, and I'll admit I did find it slow in the beginning. Is that a bad thing? No sometimes you need things to be slow before things start to get serious, those of you reading the current arc for the AoT manga know what I'm saying, and this where I notice things right from the getgo. The way it was pacing got weird once we got to Kakashi show casing his rage and a good 5 or 7 chapters past and we saw the aftermath of the fight that's when I thought okay Kishi that's really odd even for you to pull off. Nonetheless I still continued to read and we got the introduced of Madara Uchiha who was interesting for a while and then his fight with The Kages came in and it started out great. The same thing can be said about Naruto and Killer Bee vs Tobi because intially it is there where Kurama and Naruto finally come to terms with one another set aside their differences and work together. Then reintroducing Sasuke back into the mix along side Orochimaru which intially I was like okay I see what you're doing Kishi you want to end everything like the way you started. Then came the identity of Tobi okay to be fair I was one of the people who intially got frustrated with Obito. However as the chapters went by I started to warm up to him especially during his TNJ chapters with Naruto because of how alike he and Naruto were. Plus talking about the Jubbi who was menacing at first, especially when it came to hype of it's final form which I'm not gonna lie it was interesting knowing That it was the genesis tree. Here is the thing that really started bothering me with a war arc, it was that we were stuck in like the same background for about 2 years and considering how much things got crammed like Sasuke meeting the All Knowing, The Final fight between him and Naruto, Sage of Sixth Paths, Kaguya, things got really out of place. Once we got the girlfriend comment from Minato, and the CPR scene and the parallel shots between Sakura and Karin when Naruto and Sasuke were at death's doorstep that's when the pairing of NS became a big deal for me. Nonetheless despite all these flaws that I was noticing I thought to myself Kishi's got this I just know it. Of course came the ending and this is where we ended up.
Now I didn't really wanna go into full detail seeing as how some of us have done it, but I just thought I'd bring up the basic points across. I'm not gonna lie I do have my rare occasions when I'll watch RTN due the message behind the film and if any of family members are up for watching it since the message in the move does deal with family alot. However it's a very rare occasion these days for RTN to even be a selection to me even. Although if there's one thing I do appreciate that came out of this series it was you guys. I got to say if it wasn't for Naruto I never would've came across this forum or the fact that James was hosting the podcast where me, 4life, steve, Bluestar, James, and the other people that would join, would have our moments of going offtopic man I don't how this happend but one time we got so offtopic we somehow brought sharknado into the podcast, don't ask how! Point is even though I have my regrets of becoming a fan of Naruto, but if it wasn't for Naruto I would've have fallen in love with the NS OTP, found this forum and meet all you like I said before. All the interactions that I have with you guys and will continue to have is the best thing that came out, and I'm sure many of you can agree.

To quote Jiraiya, I always thought the ending will be so great it will erase all the doubts I had before. Sadly I was wrong. To quote nagato. It become trash!

Once again, I REALLY wouldn't be surprised if that's real... At least, we learnt something from reading Naruto: Anything wtf and bad can happen, and never expect too much from people especially when they can gain money from it.

This series is unsalvageable.
I kind of hate everything in it now. Apart from Sakura, and only because of what she means to me. But now I'm in AU and head canon time, thus canon-after-endin-Sakura doesn't count. SIGH.
The only positive point is that the more people I ask the more they tell me they hate how it ended and that the finale ruined the whole series. People have started mocking Naruto. Kishi-cash, in your bloody face.
Western NS fans may be the 5% (tough I believe they are a bit more than that) but add the SK, the non-shipping fans, the SNS and we reach a substantial percentage of the fandom. The great majority of those people won't loose their time and money (monkey being the key word here) to buy the kitten he produces anymore. Again, in your ugly face Kishi-cash.
The disrespect to Sakura and her fans has reached astronomical levels, I'm starting to believe this hides some very deep psychological issues. All in all they should seek the council of a professional. And by professional I mean a shrink. A psychiatrist, a good one preferably.
I still feel sorry for the SS fans, because if they think that those two aren't being lumped together to get them out of the Boob's way, they are delusional.
This series has become a joke. A literal joke. With people who make fun of and mock it. I would be inclined to call this justice. Again, times two, in your cowardly and ball-less face Kishi-cash.

But they were all of them deceived, for another canon was made. In the land of Japan, in the fires of Studio Pierrot, the dark Lord Kishimoto forged in secret a master canon, to control all others, and into this canon, he poured his cruelty, his malice, and his will to dominate all life. One canon to rule them all.
