They first re-twitted and then twitted. Don't you see it? For me, it seems like they saw that review of the movie, which is not official, and played with the words. They said " Naruto's red scarf turns sideways towards Hinata!?" They are seizing this opportunity to tease and freak out people

Well he sure was right about romance playing a role in the movie anyways.

Wish I could have seen his replies though so I could form my own opinion about it instead of relying on other people's accounts.

The text which they are asking us to read says the usual "The Last Story has the first love"
 
Also the first love part doesnt mean first love literally

"The last story is, the start of love/the beginning of love"
はじめての愛does mean first love, but it doesnt mean someones first/past love (that would be written like this 初恋). Its more like love for the first time. Like A new/discovery love/a love for the first time ever. It can be romantic, although not limited to. So its really The last story is love for the first time/start of love. Not its about someones first crush/love.
