His post on the interview jump fest 2010 was twisted.

"Naruto is close to her, but Sakura loves Sasuke as we should expect from that speech. She’s being haughty with her using not so kind words against Naruto right afterwards…didn’t she? I can’t recall."

(???") WTF

Second, about his statement  "it was her love for Sasuke that prompted her to stop Naruto from pursuing him, so she could kill him on her own before he went further into darkness."

Actually Sakura felt guilty of the pain Naruto went though, so due to this guilty feelings she prompted up to return Naruto's feelings not to kill Sasuke, her guilty feelings summed with the fact she cares too much about Naruto made her make the confession and then on a desperate attempt to kill Sasuke which she knew she wasnt capable to".

Her feelings for Sasuke didnt played any role on her desire to kill Sasuke or make a confession to Naruto.
What he said there was half truth but his concept about Sakura motives doesnt make sense.

"After chapter 615 it's highly debatable how Naruto feels about Hinata, in other hand Sakura > Naruto, not, has been proved million of times that she loves Sasuke, not Naruto."

Personal opinion but kind funny how he said "has been proved million of times that she loves Sasuke" and yet Naruto has also proved million of times(Chp. 03, Gaara battle, promise, begining, Sai's flashback, Kumo ninja(Sasuke = Akatsuki, Gf's comment, Naruto's jealously 633) that he loves Sakura and this inst take in account when he said "it's highly debatable how Naruto feels about Hinata".

Well each with their own i guess.

well, i dont really like him much so i said that for fun, but seriously don't u think he should get some kind of punishment for all his wrong doings? and im not saying sakura should punch him just coz sasuke dont return her feelings, maybe a more possible scenario is when he get redeemed he'll get punched by her for making her and naruto worried.

Ofc, being banished from the village, dying...

Or whatever but due to Kishi's standards i doubt it's going to happen.
it will only show that she's immature, Sasuke is crap and Sakura realizes this, they got hurt because of their desire for the old days come back but it wont, each one will have their own duties, but Sakura punching him for me it's nonsense.

It's the same as Naruto punching Sakura because of the promise doesnt make sense to me.

I was thinking (and discussing with a friend) Sakura's words to Shikamaru, that she's going to save him because Naruto needs him, and when first reading that and now when thinking about it I have two reactions.

  1. I'm just so proud of her, of how far she's come, how selfless she's become.  She's turned into the perfect ninja in some ways, unconcerned for herself, unconcerned with glory, with credit.  She wants to do what she can do to contributed to the joint effort --she no longer cares for accolades.  It's really incredible.
  2. It also indicates that she still doesn't quite realize how much Naruto cares for her and how much Naruto needs her.  I think those words alone, the emotion that would be behind those words (knowing Sakura) is an indication that Chiyo's advice to Sakura hasn't been forgotten by Kishi.  At this point, it's easy to see a scenario in which Sakura puts herself/her life in danger for Naruto.  I don't know when it'll happen, how it'll happen, or even if it'll happen, but I with the way things are going I could see it happening at some point, in some way.  For a while it seemed really far-fetched, but now if it happens it will have been built up to for sure over the recent few volumes.

It's certainly possible, it just doesn't seem to fit Kishi's recent writing style which hasn't been all that subtle.  Haha.

I actually don't think Obito is aware of Naruto's feelings for Sakura, and the reason is the very specific NS interactions we have had --Sakura's intimate speech during which she spoke for Naruto, the NS-Minato interactions in 631, the exchange between those two in 631-- occurred specifically while Obito was away.  It's almost as if Kishi doesn't want Obito to be aware of Naruto's feelings for Sakura yet, as if his feelings for Sakura will be shown to be important in converting Obito.  It might not happen, but I just found the way Kishi approached that quite interesting.  I vaguely recall some people saying it almost seems that Naruto's avoiding interacting with Sakura to protect her, I don't think so, I think Kishi has purposefully been holding back on their interactions while Obito is around, so that when he finds out about Naruto's feelings for Sakura it'll be especially meaningful but I'm probably totally and completely wrong.

Excellent post. And about the bolded: Yeah, KIshi writing is many things, but 'subtle'  is not one of them, the Rin parallel is probably inevitable, especially after 631. It was just something I was curious about.

Yeah, well I did address more in the above post. The above post could happen, but we'll see. In a way, I still see Madara going down Star Wars episode 6 style.

Madara will probably get a talk no Jutsu from Hashirama.

I see him dissapearing with Hashi in peace.

I don't know. He seems to be the guy who will actually die as a villain. Not everyone dies with a redemption. Madara does fall in line of that because of how much he has caused and Hashirama hasn't even start convincing him. In fact, no one has.

What I understood is that Madara is Hashirama's fail. There is good in Madara, Hashi knows it because they were best friends.

Madara's redemption is a double win for both him and Hashirama. Hashirama will feel relieved that he saved his friend, wich means that his soul will leave in peace.

Same goes for Madara.

It's my opinion, so I guess it doesn't mean it will happen like this, but, that's how I understood all this.

Who knows, but to keep the parallel/surpassing theme going, Hashirama should still fail but before he go, since he now acknowledged Naruto, he should warn him to not mess up like he has. Madara should remain a failure to Hashirama. But again, there's no buildup to him and Tobirama pretty much said that Madara has lost himself because his bonds with his brother(s) was too strong to help him.

Say after the war does anyone want to see scene of Sakura and Naruto blushing at each other when the other is not looking as they hang out in the village?

I remember seeing that in a game. That would be nice. You know, the one part I can see happening is if Sakura starts feel strange around Naruto (love), she will be like, "Keep away" as Naruto would be like, "Er....What?" But it requires Sakura to feel in deep confusion.

Got no real question, but here's one.

Be 100% honest. Did the fact you like the pairing increase your likeness for both of them individually?

Hm, I don't believe so. As I've said before, I always loved Sakura, but Naruto took a little longer to grow on me (I partially blame fillers that I didn't know were fillers at the time for making me feel that way, they always tended to make Naruto look like a complete, annoying dumba**), but I think my reasons for coming to like him are for his own merits and not NaruSaku. He's a hard character not to root for, at least for me.

I'm going to assume Filler of Hell in part 1 is what made you think that for Naruto, right?

Actually I started with Shippuden so it was the Sora arc and the first Shippuden movie that really grated me. The whole time I was thinking "Why does Naruto suddenly seem so stupid?". It wasn't until the dreadfully boring Three-Tails arc that I came into the knowledge that those were fillers that were not even part of the original story, it explained so much. And once I started to watch the anime in Japanese I really came to like Naruto (the character and series) a lot more, no more ear-piercing dub voice! Now I just stick with the manga. Also after hearing how horrendous the part one fillers were, I made the wise decision to never watch them. I don't regret it.

Oh, yeah. I know exactly what part in that arc you mentioned made Naruto "stupid". But yeah, part 1 fillers were hell for a great reason. Naruto was at his lowest as if chapter 1 never happened. He is just completely dumb with a lot of Tom and Jerry moments. I didn't understand why. In Shippuuden, whenever they go to part 1 filler, it's still odd comedy, for most part at least. It's like part 1 was their best time to go all goofy, which again, still don't get it. Also, many of part 1 fillers were like Rock Lee SD, over the top and didn't make sense at all. It was hell. I can tolerate Shippuuden fillers, though there are dumb ones, but part 1 days, oh man, just be glad you didn't see it.

Part 1 fillers weren't THAT bad but my favourite episode was when ayame  got kidnapped and Naruto, Sakura and Chouji had to make the ramen.

I take you call them that cause of all the times Naruto acted stupid, not to mention the reason Hinata became so over hype along with Shippuden's 166th episode and the main reason for Sakura hate getting worse?

Well not all but majority were dumb or just didn't make sense. Naruto threw a rasengan was a wtf moment. Oh and rasengan was way way way overused. I mean the first level too. Say what you want right now but they are variations. In that time, all the same.

Well I said it's hell because it didn't make sense and it was way too many breaking the laws. Throwing a rasengan was just odd. Then you got episodes that really feels like Rock Lee SD, like Naruto couldn't tell Rock Lee and Gai apart, how that one creature is always glue to you which resulted everyone to get one later, Shino laughing stupidly (though seems like anime and maybe manga don't mind using him as a normal character rather than Gaara like character as in serious), and so on. It was just mind you know what world.

It's still overused. Name one movie that hasn't  ended with a rasengan.

I meant just for manga wise. Movies falls the same as anime though to be fair for the last, it was a parallel/goes around comes around moment, so well worth it in my opinion.
