i don't blame... sounds like kishomoto went to random in the epilogue... the article talks exactly about "the future generation of childrens" so it's possible they were surprised about NH kids too. but it's strange because we get those infamous leaked images of anime from 4ch where there were bolt and himawari, along side with other images. Maybe they were more surprised about other kids, like ShikaTemari child, InoSai's child, etc... and even Salad because she isn't in those leaked images of anime for the movie

I know none of you yet explain what item or object would represent NS red thread of fate. We know the red scarf represents NH. If NS does become canon at the end or in the new manga series. I wager this would be their...

I could have sworn a few weeks ago, it was revealed that the anime director knew about the ending from Kishi himself for 8 years, and that only a few concepts were tweaked with and altered.

Huh this sounds all weird to me that SP didn’t know about the ending or that Kishi never told them. If he’s making this movie to be in the middle of 699 and 700, he should have informed them what happens when the manga ends. He should have told them about the other ships that had babies and needed their relationship shown at least once. Even if the others are not shown, Sasusaku I was sure would be sure because that’s also another major relationship that he catered to for so long. I know SP have messed up so much in the past, but if Kishi has personally and closely looked into this project, wouldn’t he have done something about it? Or told the staff about it? Or did SP just convince him out of it? I don’t know…I thought knowing Kishi, we would have gotten a bit more for Sasusaku to explain their child but if he wants this to be specific NH then there’s nothign that can be done I suppose :( still hoping for the best. Just at least one moment I don’t care

i am pretty sure that direcotr was referring more to NaruSasu ending than the final couples... The reconciliation seal was been foreshadowed since the first battle at VOTE

Article about 699 is done as it planed 8 years ago (start of shippuuden I think) and generaly people agreed that it was about Naruto vs Sasuke. 700 chapter is choise of last 3 month, that stated too in that article.

Maybe SP is aware of the negative feedback and now they want to shift the weight off them so that's why the stated that comment. That's seriously some shady kitten right there. So if they didn't see or know about the ending, how was the movie suppose to connect to the last chapter, unless the movie is total retcon and asspull kitten that has nothing to do with the flow or last chapter of the manga.
