So judging by what you guys are saying. They are going for the dark edgy route off the bat? Honestly, it really had no choice. Remember there was nothing from the ending of Naruto, the novels, or anything else made in the last year that would allow for a sequel. Not because they tied anything up but their was nothing interesting from them. The ending was setting up the sequel. The Last was trying to justify nH and The Novels tried to justify the last. The gaiden in the end did nothing. The Bolt movie did even less. So they have nothing to work off of. But they need fans to get interested in their monthly manga in a series that is in a decline. So they need to draw in the fans quick or risk losing everything. What better way then going dark and killing of the previous main character? This is nothing but a desperate act and just shows how far the Naruto series has fallen.

Didn't even saw chapter or raws of it, but from your talks people, it looks like so much of making peace (with methods like killing heads of villages that is not co-operating with you) didn't really work out, does it?

Namikaze, there is really no reason to worry about spoilers. Half the people aren't going to read it and the other half are only going to be reading so they can say how bad it is.

 

So Bolt get the bayakugan possibly kurama's power, the rasengan, and a sword.

 

The worlds gone to hell, and Naruto may be dead.

 

Oh! And they are going to be doing chapters based off the movie.

The problem with the "peace" Naruto made in the ending is that he only stopped the "cycle of hatred." More importantly he only stopped that cycle of hatred between the senju and the uchiha. He didn't reform the ninja system, he didn't fix any of the problem of the ninja system, he was only made hokage very recently, he is apparently very out of shape by the time he became hokage, and was basically a celebrity hokage. The bolt manga just further proves how bad the ending of Naruto was along with everything else.

I don't think he's dead. Either way, it seems like it's doing the damnest to be edgy as one point out. Maybe he thought Kishi's idea was good to copy HxH but it's taking long, so best to do another hiatus work: Berserk.

Kishi already copy berserk, the team seven dynamic is like guts casca Griffith dynamic. Guts/naruto dog theme vs Griffith/sasuke hawk theme and casca/sakura "useless" heroine that happen to be the love interest of mc while she fall in love with the hawk.

Eh, that's not exactly right. Naruto didn't stop "cycle of haterd" because Sasuke suddenly changed his mind, other parts are useless, what it was?

Two powerful sons was in conflict, their descendants of huge power confronted each other in a huge clash (Madara vs Hashirama) and after that - ninja system was created. And just because source of conflict was written out because whatever, machine that existed already 5 generations won't stop. So if cycle of hatred woud've been resolved - system woud've been changed.

The only ninja in this manga is anbu and the people who have associate with it. The rest is wizard.

That conflict is the "Origin" of the current ninja system. But. Sometime fixing the source/origin does not fix the problem because the problem has expanded beyond it's original issue and has branched out into other conflicts/problems. Like how you can fix a leaky pipe but you would still have to replace what was eroded by that pipe. Or what was eroded by that pipe would expand and erode what is around it. They fix "the pipe" -the senju and the uchiha's are not longer fighting (then again they are all but gone)- but they didn't fix what was damage. Even in the story not every conflict went back to those two brothers succession crisis.

So apparently Kawaki`s physical description matches the kid shown in the first promotional chapter(short blonde cropped hair on the side and black on the top.).  I wonder if he`s some secret Uchiha?

 

Also Future Boruto`s outfit resembles post 700 Sasuke`s underneath the cape.

Figured as much. He was the only original looking character on that first poster. 

 

Bolt did say he wanted to follow in Sasuke footsteps or something like that. ...Granted that outfit from what I recall wasn't that impressive.

Technically we don't know if Naruto is 100% dead yet from the spoilers. But if he is. I wouldn't be surprised if Sakura was dead as well. 1 to add something for salad 2 because at the very least the artist hates her.
