I personally don't see the appeal people have towards her. Yes, she is nice and moe, and helps Bell (the male protagonist) out as much as she can, but... Oh, for kitten's sake! The string is an accessorize and nothing else. But people felt like doing some scientific experiments and were trying to see if the string can hold the boobs up 
(of course, it can't). I'm just laughing though. People call her the "next Asuna" :/
