Oh wow. What I'm reading from the comments on what happened... Is it even naruto anymore?

Like wtf? LOLOLOL this is why I'm not even gonna bother reading it.

& seriously kishi ? Making Sakura a fangirl again? Not even thanking naruto at all? & naruto no even confessing at all. & naruto not becoming hokage? ARE YOU kittening KIDDING ME.

I'm not even gonna cry. Cause this is just plain ridiculous & OCC. Kishi just totally insulted Sakura's character. That's what hurts me most.

Thanks, I'm honestly not trying to anger you guys and I feel for you really do. What you guys had to go through in the past couple of weeks sucked. Just trying to give an outside opinion.

Outside of the pairing question, did you really like the ending?
This whole saga could be so much better executed

I found the second half of the war arc to be a little contrived. Too many power ups and villains. And the entire thing was just one big battle, no time for reflection or even setting changes. Kaguya was a terrible big bad who popped up at the end all of a sudden only to quickly be beat in like 10 chapters. And to be honest things just got ridiculously convoluted.

 

But I really liked the way Naruto and Sasuke's conflict got wrapped up.

This what one of my friends who is a genuine NH fan had to say.

 

"This felt like fanfiction. Not only that, but bad fanfiction.

I never thought I would actually say this, but I think even I can write a better epilogue than that.

I was planning on predicting The Last with my next fic. Now I don't know if I want to do it anymore.

I am happy that NH is canon. But for God's sake, like shadows said, there wasn't even one interaction between Naruto and Hinata in 700. How can I be happy with that??

Establishing pairings by the magic of massive timeskips and the use of kids is very cheap.

the message of this series has been completely kittented on. it's not even about pairings at this point.

The worst part is all the years that I have invested reading this kitten so in then everyone to be turned into OOC  and the worst part its all centered around Sasuke not Naruto  it all Sasuke being forgiven and get what he doesn't deserve  BS .

He spent so much time apparently "misleading" us, that he didnt feel he could fit it in i guess.

NH out of nowhere. Sakura is a housewife. This is the ultimate let down. 

 

I think Kishimoto bowed to pressure in the end. I was ready for an open ending. Not an NH one.

 

And yeah, I don't hate Sakura. Kishimoto used her as a plot device. Start to finish. But even worse is Hinata. She didn't even get a romanctic arc. Last we saw of her she was face-down in the dirt after tripping.

 

And yeah, when did Naruto even change his feelings? Where did that come from? Ugh.

 

Um tricksie do you remember the post about hitting the reset button? I think this could be the reason why narutos feelings changed however, i think that button has been hit when naruto saves hinata from the zetsu and compliment her mean while with sakura he only says a few things and leaves, when 615 naruto suddenly seems to claim hinata is always there by his side meanwhile during the cpr rescue after sakuras done to save naruto dosen't even thank her and just leaves. Could this be subtle hints that naruto did not love sakura anymore maybe subconsciously? And there that interview from road to ninja that kishi wanted to put everything in that movie that he could not put in the manga. When he said did he also meant ns being canon? As for the naruto still loving sakura till the end was that just a red herring just to keep speculating about the outcome of the manga. Can someone answer with this??
