What are you talking about? There hasn't been a situation in which either Kirishima was near death anyway, besides Ayato, who is literally laying broken on the ground anyway. He's far from a hack

They were losing and Kaneki jumped in to save them. It's also possible that Arima knew they were friends of Kaneki and didn't want to crush them, if only for Kaneki. He seemed to know that they were friends, given his lack of surprise when Kaneki came to save them, as well as the fact that he specifically threatened Kaneki with their deaths in the event that he couldn't beat Arima. Not to mention, Eto and Arima were apparently working together to craft their image of a Ghoul King, which means that they would have probably corresponded, and Eto knew all about Anteiku and the staff. All of that considered, it's entirely possible that he did knew they were important to Kaneki and let them live.mate they went against arima and survived, they're not god tier, yomo has his chest penetrated by higher mind but somehow still survives

Lol I remember that Touken thing I was writing. I wrote like 27 pages, and didn't continue because I had a bunch of stuff going on, plus there was a lot of XBox to play XD I'm thinking I'll get started writing it again.
