The only explaination for how Naruto(and the rest of the village) didn't know is if Sakura was with Sasuke at the time and they returned after Sarada's birth

 

I think everyone knows it...... Why else would Sakura AND Shizune be hesitant to explain her birth to Sarada.....

The problem with Sakura not being the mother, would be how would Naruto not notice, she never showed being pregnant. So, unless Kishi just leaves it as a plot hole, the only way for salad to logically be Karin's is if Sakura had a miscarriage and found out she could never have children of her own.

I'm not willing to put anything past Kishi, but with the series so short, I'm sure he's gonna recon everything to have a sloppy rushed conclusion to lead into the movie.

Why people think that he didn't knew? It's clearly a 3rd Hokage situation as of Naruto being son of Minato.

I just saw what his reaction to Gaiden 7 was........ And he just had to open his mouth and take a shot at Sakura........!!!
