hitler reacts to 631 XD
"i cant wait to see if Minato will ask Naruto if Hinata is his grifriend" what makes funny is that it was true they were expecting that and i think even the reaction was the same.

I don't understand why I doubt the forehead scene so much in terms of being addressed again, but I just do. Yes, it was quite obvious Minato's compliment was a indirect callback to the NS example in the beginning of Part 1, even if that one was a bit jokey instead of serious. However, my main issue is that it was never brought up again to Sakura. Not once, we are given no indication if the forehead comment affected her judgment on Sasuke or not. I have no doubt the bench scene might've influenced her judgment, but after all the angst and insults, I'm sure she's let that go by now. Or at least it can be argued, since she has never thought back to it again. Sakura even stated in her first confession that she thought Sasuke had always hated her.
Parallels are fun, but that doesn't mean it has to be overly confirmed (Forehead comment) to showcase the parallel. It was already mentioned before in the past, that can be enough. It still proves MinaKushi and NaruSaku are parallels, even if the compliment was never in a serious way. I just don't see Kishi doing this, he has not emphasized it enough at all for me to believe it.
Then again, I never expected him to confirm the Sakura-Kushina parallel again through Minato either. So I guess anything's possible.
I think the problem for me is that the parallels are already 'overly confirmed'. The NaruSaku fan in me was happy during 631, when Minato confirmed the Sakura/Kushina parallel, but the writer in me was less pleased. Parallels to me are something that should be left implied, and outright stated, they should be a hint to the writer's direction, not an arrow in front of the reader's face. That's also why I'm not terribly keen on the Rin/Sakura parallel being confirmed, it's really not necessary, we already know where this is going (or we should), and if it happens I will consider it overdone, but at this point it's probably inevitable.

I agree with you but i think it's kishi's way to do the things, surprise the fans i felt more it to surprise because who were expecting Minato to ask Naruto that Sakura was his girlfriend just because she was healing him.

Guys, a little anti-NH something;
Okay, so in 633 we have Hinata thinking of her and Naruto's moment in 615 when she's doubting herself. She uses it to strengthen her resolve.
Naruto has almost lost hope, felt despair and cried even after 615, and not even once has Hinata's words popped up in his mind. That is why I don't believe they had a lasting impact on Naruto.

Yeah, which just comes back to it being for Hinata's benefit, something she can use to encourage herself when her resolve weakens (again). 615 wasn't really for Naruto at all.

I don't think we'll be seeing the 'old team 7' again. Too much has happened, and if Kishi's a writer worth his salt, he won't try to tie everything up in pretty packaging and say "It's all good now". There have to be some consequences and lasting effects in some form.

Me neither. I want Team 7 to be changed forever. I don't want anyone to pretend nothing happened. This is the entire plot so it would be a huge stepback if it all went back to what it was. I want the cycle to be broken.
I don't think Sasuke feels at home in the village anymore either, and I am a supporter of the wanderer theory. I think Team Taka is very loyal to Sasuke and will stay with him. I also don't think that he finds them as a nuiscance because he was right about to bond with them before it all went downhill at the summit.

I also support the wanderer theory, but I also think it may be possible that Sasuke (once he's good again, which is likely), will rebuilt Otogakure as a legitimate village, the scene where Suigetsu tells the prisoners that Sasuke has come to free them (or something like that), could be a possible hint or foreshadowing.

This is a plausible future debate by the future Kages.
A will be the most spectical one, Naruto will be the faithful one. Shikamaru and Gaara will be his reason and give it a chance, but give a few conditions.

Yeah, I think it could be a possible way to go about redeeming Sasuke without just putting everything back 'the way it was'. It could also go hand in hand with Sasuke's new ambition to become hokage, he would be a kage of an entirely new, reborn village, I think it would be very symbolic really. I like the idea, especially since I think it's unlikely that Kishimoto will kill off Sasuke.

The scene when suigetsu release the prison and the prisoner that sasuke is the savior and bring peace make me believe that sasuke will his own army, because while he see as a criminal and traitor by the great five hidden village, the non five village see him as hero, liberator, and savior.
And since part 2 sakura never say she love sasuke. Not even a word.
Neither Naruto said he loved Sakura and this doesnt downplay his feelings for her does it?
Naruto didnt said the word but showed it many times on this manga, and Sakura even by not saying a word on the summit was kind of obvious that she still loved him.
When Sasuke was fighting deidara, right after the last deidara's explosion, the manga quickly swaps to a Sakura panel where she felt something.

^Funny how her feeling for Sasuke were touched after the NS hug and she couldn't give a proper answer what was Sasuke to her, albeit she was gonna say ''i love him'' . She wasn't thinking at all, she was rushing to give an answer which was funny if we take a look back who ''gentle'' he was to her. Its the same with Ino ,if a person asks her who she loves -bam Sasuke's mental image appears. T_T
