Why does everyone keep getting paranoid? This is a Narusaku website. Instead of going on about Hinata and the scarf we should be talking about NS. Like how they chose Naruto and Sakura as the two to show the anime designs for, or how they're now the exact same heights as Minato and Kushina, or how they described Sakura as a more "tender" expression, or how Naruto's the main character, and Sakura's his "first love". There's stil plenty of positive NS stuff to talk about instead some random NH tease.

or any manga facts like, 

the symbolism behind Sakura holding Naruto's heart,

 

the drawings of Sakura's constant smiles about Naruto with Sai words "Of people always smile around the people they love"

 

the exact parallel drawings of MK to NS with "Naruto saving Sakura the same way Minato did Kushina, and the two women saying the same exact words"

 

not to mention how the comment of the red hair made kushina fall in love with Minato so conveniently fits with Naruto's own comments about Sakura

 

the fact that Sakura was introduced to Minato and Hinata never was. 

 

the fact that Sakura's feelings about Naruto have been out-rightly questioned by other characters but Naruto's about Sakura's never have. 

 

the fact the promise of a lifetime was brought back again just recently

 

let's not even go on about how this is a shounen, the mc typically achieves his goals wins the girls he likes etc

 

 

Instead we are meant to be negative and to get paranoid on a poster where Hinata is one of seven characters posted with a red/pinkish scarf (that matches Sakura's colors) because SP decided to use it as a ship tease for NH in order to help the promotion of the movie.  Even though something similar happened for NS with the Narrators comments on the sketches. 

Point being, positive NS hints mean nothing, just the crazy leaps NH theories.

The funny thing is the reason Naruto is wearing the scarf is supposedly the event takes place during the winter hence why he has the scarf in the first place.

Oh lol the ship tease, I remember saying that Kishi would milk the pairings until the last chapter, well I was wrong he will milk it even beyond, still I'm 100% sure NS is endgame NH is way too inexistent and goes against the theme and Naruto's character for me to take it as a serious threat.

So the epilogue will happen after the events of the movie which means Naruto will be hokage in the manga, well at least that's a good news all will be answered in one month.

Where did you get this info tough ? Do you have any idea how many pages will the epilogue cover ? I mean will the last chapter entirely be about the epilogue ? The last chapter will be 39 pages long I can imagine half of it will be about the epilogue.

The movie promotions themselves stated that the movie covers a timeline before the end of the manga.  It was posted through a translation from Takl in this thread two days ago i believe and then confirmed again by someone else (i think Rikudou).  As for how long the epilogue will be I have no idea, although Pepsi said 30 pages, not sure where he got that info from though.

So given all the story so far the last we saw of Naruto's feelings is how he enthusiastically said that Sakura is his girlfriend, after that Naruto hasn't thought about Hinata in any way. But then we see an epilogue with him together with Hinata.

 

Why with her you ask? BECAUSE REASONS!!!

lol yeah would be pretty crazy if Kishi never made Naruto Hokage in his own manga when he keeps bringing that dream back up.

lol NH are saying that because Hinata's mouse over color is red on the movie page, that it's a hint at being canon. Instead of the more logical reason, that being Sai's color is purple for some reason and it'd clash.

also one more thing, Sakura being introduced to Minato was the very first thing that happened when Naruto reunited with his dad. Kishi literally set up that scene just for that.

Hmm, is it true that Hinata is listed under the main cast on the poster? If so, then I guess she does play some sort of role..

Naruto is a static character he will never change as much as it pains me that's why he will always consider Sasuke his best friend and Sakura his love interest, in other circunstances I could understand NH having a chance but knowing Naruto's core character it will never happen, NH theories and arguments always ignore this and instead focus on details like the color of Hinata's mouse or a red scarf that touches multiple characters (SP was quick to use that for their own benefit, it's not a coincidence they reacted this way just after all the crazy NH theories about the scarf and after retweeting an article on this subject).

Anyway now that's confirmed the manga will have an epilogue all will be confirmed in it, less than a month to wait just be patient and if we are proven wrong that's not the end of the world, right now there's absolutely nothing that makes NH a viable option.

Well, at least if the movie is vakuum time, we don't have to worry about waiting which pairing got canon in the movie. One month less shipping wars. (Yay!)
Also, I admit that the tweet isn't something I would wish to see, but it's really just pairing tease. Just remeber the RTN posters! They KNOW that this is a good profit. Let's be honest here. Kishimoto has this ending planed for a long time according to some interiews. He is the one leading us through the story. If he really and honestly planed to make NaruHina canon, then why didn't he made Minato met Hinata, and instead not only let Sakura met him but actually asked her if she is Naruto's girlfriend? LadyGt mentioned this sometime earlier. I know much people don't give Kishi credit for being a good writer, but come on! It's like he conciously and willingly traped himself in a wall, when it's not even neccasary. Minato's comment was out of the blue, in the middle of battle, and could have easily be skipped. Since that day, our path to canon was as good as free. 
So no, I'm not worried about some stupid advertisment tweet saying something about Naruto's red scarf Hinata's appearing on the side and that we should also look on the sidetext. It's teasing. And I'm betting my money that in the "real" trailer, we'll see more of that tease. But I'm sure that NaruSaku will get it's fair share as well with the canon cherry on the top. Naruto and Sakura seem to be main parts in the movie. Not Naruto and Sasuke, Not Sasuke and Sakura, Not Naruto and Hinata. That has to mean something.

When did Kishimoto do that?  I don't remember him spoiling who Tobi is before the reveal.

 

But if that was really the case, then my argument still stands. Teasing pairing resolution with pairing fans as insane as the ones in the Naruto fandom brings more money than revealing who Tobi is. SP and those promoting The Last know exactly what they're doing. And tbh, if needed cash from a movie with a lot of romance in a fandom like this, I'd probably do the same thing.

 

I'm not falling for the bait. One twitter post doesn't destroy the themes of this manga, Naruto's consistency, or NaruSaku's chances. I just wish people could be more reasonable and not let pairing heart attacks rule logic.  The atmosphere of this fandom has been really, really depressing since 693.
