I'm thinking about something here, and it could be plausible, but what if Toneri cast a genjustu on Hinata and made her desires come true, you know her wanting to be with Naruto and having kids. They could be part of a genjustu while in the real world she's void of any emotion, hence why she looked like she did on the sketches. It's a common element used in all types of media.

This sounds extremely plausible. But you know how crazy it can get here

Finally a reasonable and cohesive theory that could help to account for this out of nowhere scenario. This clan is not above manipulating the hearts and minds of people to achieve their end goals. Black Zetsu has been misleading the Uchiha and Senju for a millennium until his final defeat by Naruto's hands. Kaguya originally used her Rinnesharingan to brainwash and subjugate the people to her will. And let's not forgot the biggest illusion of them all. Infinite Tsukuyomi! If anyone is capable of such an emotionally twisted genjutsu, it's a member of the Ootsutsuki clan.

guys. unless she is playing with us hardcore, we are going to see a vomit-inducing finale. NH is bad yes, but SS is so much worse. At this point im just hoping SS doesnt happen. And no, SK wasn't confirmed, she made a mistake. An Uchiha girl and Uzumaki boy. I bet that's how kishis going to try to make NS fans feel better, have Naruto's son who looks like him get with Sakura's daughter who looks like her.

This is beyond effed up and I hope to God that evil is just being....evil... but I've got little to no hope left.
