Lol, ShikaTema is practically canon already. XD So scratch that...NaruTsu....hmm...Someone needs to do a time travel fic with that pairing. NaruSaku is obviously completely absurd.

i think this chapter is a nuclear bomb on NH fans for what kushina said "And as for women...Just try not to pick a weird one."and he was thinking that hinata is a wierd preson and he said that and then kushina said"try to find one like your mother"sakura is similar to kushina in every thing and hinata is havenot any similar with kushina

*blink* Where'd that come from...? Anyways when you put it together with Kushina saying "Try not to pick a weird one" it totally crushes even the possibility of it being Hinata. Naruto has said, verbatim, that he thinks Hinata is weird.

there is no solid proof of NH or SS in parts 1 or 2.

there were at best minor moments of character building that were not pairing related or were at best vague in their interpretation and context.

I love how one of them says that Hinata is a dynamic character, thats funny to me.

Saying hinata is a dynamic character because her confidence is growing is like saying a plate is a dynamic object because food gets put on it from time to time.

The thing is that he's claiming that the interview wasn't fan translated and apparently is in Shounen Jump (US Edition?) so I want someone who have them in this site to confirm it for me coz so far, I never heard of it. I only know that fans translated them.

Eh ? All of this has been said before. I debated it all the time over at Narutowire. When it boils right down to it it was actually stated that Sakura's feelings for Naruto were a close second to her feelings for Sasuke. That interview came out before Sakura's confession and definitely before Sasuke asked her to kill Karin and then tried to kill her. I also have to agree with the statement that Kishi is not going to give away things in an interview.(not to mention he'd probably be throttled by the fans for suggesting something that would threaten their pairings...)

I'm just going to stop here with a warning, it's been a boiling scar here for awhile, we just decided interviews are not reliable in essence to the manga and leave it at that. Because here's what going to happen.

We'll have one side saying one thing and one side saying another. Graven will go into three paragraphs, Ciarhda will be about two, Goku says Kishi's interview says otherwise and that NS is canon and nothing else, I'll make the face and scream "Cycle!!!" While seething about the interview everyone mentioned beforehand and go into a rant about it and then we'll wind up just back where we started about Hinata and Sakura where I again and everything is hunky dory. Add a couple of arguements for Sakura's feelings and Soupy being realistic and that's basically it.

Either I'm a pessimist or this is too repetive for me.

That interview has been around for quite a while, the only reason it continues being brought up is because it's virtually all the NH fandom has to cling to. Nothing in the manga suggests NaruHina and that's pretty much it. But yep, that's probably how things will go down...I might add I got a serious chuckle out of that post though so it was worth it...

Not much, except in part 1.

Not even then, one sided romantic feelings do not a pairing make. (Something Sakura even admits in her confession to Sasuke) While even early (first moments in chapter 5, just two chapters after her introduction) in part 1 Kishimoto was dropping hints that Sakura had subconscious romantic feelings for Naruto- actually more like semiconscious (re her thought in chapter 13- wondering why she was having romantic feelings for Naruto.)

And as for naruhina- nope, nothing mutual there either, Hinata hero worships Naruto, Naruto thought Hinata was a weird girl, and both he and Rock Lee were angered by Neiji's brutal beat down of Hinata, both made the same vow. Yet neither Rock Lee or Naruto have ever since thought of Hinata as anything other than a friend.
