Actually, I could see that happening.
It would be really hard to edit and seems expendible to those who could care less.
and all this stuff they're pulling with editing the maps makes me wonder if they'll even get to the grandline...

Of what I know of YugiOh, the Anime is a waste of your time, read the manga, it's way better and has more background story. Like Yami's basic origins within Yugi and less card playing the card game. It even has a sadistic Mokuba! He isn't as much of a whimp who wantws to cuddle with his brother...he still is one but it's quite toned down!

As for one piece, I have to pick up one or two copies of the manga in french! They're at volume 25 over I think!

As for the pokemon being a decent dub, I wouldn't say that. They cut an episode because team rocket was being shot at like Elmer Fudd tried to shoot Bugs Bunny! As if we never saw that much violence! Even when we were young enough to look at the show!!!!!

No, the only dub I ever saw that was decent was Princess Mononoke and I say that only after I saw a fansub. There weren't enough differences for there to be a difference.

Don't get me started on Shaman king though! I'd gladly take a gun and shoot the guy responsible for those names as I rebaptize him to a bizare and funny one after his death by bloodloss and a rapid change of sex :devil:

I could rant about dubs all day and I'd feel good doing so! I'd feel better sicking Kiba on them but he wouldn't want to do it, he might get an indigestion or food poisoning!

YugiOh had a sort of prologue with various different games involving dangerous aftermaths and also dangerous elemants (playing table hockey on a grill with a puck made out of ice and filled with Nitroglicerine being one of my personal favorites. The Scorpion stuck in a shoe with money inside was too. You had to try and grab the money inside without being stung.)

The best one was Anzu (Tea) getting a job at a local burger joint and getting attacked by a maniac. The guy has a gun and he asks Yugi to serve him while he holds Anzu hostage. Yugi, in his Yami form, proposes a game. He gives the man a cigarette and a bottle of alcool which the man then fills. Since Yugi is occupying him, he doesn't notice hiss too full glass.

The game is simple, they can both use only one finger. Yugi chooses his thumb and the man his finger. They both can make only one action. The man is about to kill Yugi when he offers a lighter and lights his cigarette. It's then that the alcool leaks to his pants from his glass and the table. He cannot fire his gun since the explosion would make a spark which would make him burn and Yugi still holds the lighted lighter. He takes Anzu back with him and leaves the petrified man on the bench. In the end, the cigarette lets ash drop on his lap, making the man burst to flames.

Those great deadly games being absent from the anime, I deem it to be a waste of my time.

The best dubs I've ever seen weeeere... FLCL!! I am so impressed with Star Child's scripting and dubbing job! They should do them all!!! XD FMA isn't that bad either, neither is Ghost in the Shell: SAC, although Tachikoma's voice annoys me. Cowboy Bebop wasn't terrible (I actually didn't mind Jet sounding like Samuel L Jackson ^^

How can you hate the Tachikoma voice? It's so sugary and cute!

Like in the episode where they attempt to act more like robots to keep the Major from having them deactivated? It was really cool how they merged AI-philosophy and good-old-fashioned children's humor (in highly sophisticated robots, of course.)

Or at the end of the first season, where the robots learn the meaning of self-sacrifice when they're saving Bateau? They're wonderful!
