I'm glad I read the manga first b/c the ecchi moments in here are sometimes beyond ridiculous. I understand the foodorgasms, but jesus christ, don't let breasts swing in the wrong moment, and not every time they move XD Like, did you see Nikumi's boobs today. What was up with them

Only animes that beat Shokugeki no Soma in terms of ecchi right now are Prison School and Shimoneta. Oh, and To Love Ru, of course.

Nikumi is a really great character XD I like her teacher with the crazy hairstyle (don't remember his name), when he just yells "That's good Nikumi" and cries XD

So am I. Though I must admit, I hope the series is kept on a low because I feel like it can get out of hand. I mean I know the writer is thoughtful but maybe I just feel a bit worried. Like all the sudden, it will pull what Gintama made fun of (which I look forward animated) where they said the author dropped the character's aspect to do whatever it wants, like here would be like drop chapter 1 ending, especially since that's the main piece.

But maybe I worried too much. Who knows. It's just feel like seeing more talk kind of scares me. I didn't feel that with TG because everyone is on the same boat. Here, well, I lack community experience, but God, believe in yourself, writer.

Off-topic: I got to say, the top 10 seller for USA seems like a dream (though toss Naruto out). It was up to the point people called them the top 3. I wouldn't mind at all. FMA ended so OPM is suited to fill in.

I was wondering something, why is the author taking a while to reveal a past about Erina?

Also, what do you think of Rindou's role since the author confirmed her importance? It also makes me wonder on why they want a new director

Think as Gintoki. She is one of the few characters that has the past that defines her today. A lot of the characters are self-made as the story goes on. Erina is troubled by the past and because of that, she holds a strong importance, especially since she has connection with the protagonist through his father and academy. So she is prominent.
