It's confirmed to be false. The preview didn't mention Sakura or Kakashi at all.

Guys... shall i say to you what will happen in the movie?
Its simple...
The manga Naruto will END conclusively in 2 weeks.Meaning that Kishi will make a ~10 year timeskip to show us
how Naruto is the Hokage and also his own family (maybe only his children and not the wife to troll us).
 
THE MOVIE will be about the 3 years after the war and -7 years before the shown timeskip in the manga..
Kishi wont rely on the movie.. to end the manga conclusively.....its so simple..
 
Finally.. if there is gonna be another arc after this.. i mean the new era projocect in which Kishi wont be the plot creator..
It will be about the 7 year after the movie until the final timeskip in the manga.
 
He wont let the final final ending of the series (meaning the ~10 years timeskip) be made by other people.. since he is the one who created "Naruto" and he will be the ONE TO END IT..

Part of me would prefer if the manga failed to acknowledge the movie in any way. It would be a solidification of Pierrot's role in the universe's canonicity, and I would like to see their toxic influence kept separate from any direct work of Kishi's. 

 

This is how I feel 100%. I don't want the film to have anything to do with the canon of the manga.

I guess technically you still can. Some people only view the anime as canon for their own benefit so why not only follow the manga saying "I don't want the anime?"

Personally, I feel like the movie will be canon on a non-importance scale. Canon of timeline, events may not.

It has been known since forever issue #50 would contain 39 pages of Naruto.

 

It will be either a single long chapter, or a Naruto chapter and a movie tie-in chapter (like Road to Ninja had with everyone at the hot spring, or like Bleach Hell chapter movie had) which would suck.

But there won't be 2 normal chapters unless Kishi thinks reaching chapter 700 is more important than the flow of the narration in his final chapters.
