Well, first of all about Naruto's comment on Kushina.
What exactly does Sasuke say? That he's gonna kill the hokage or what? And does he really say a world for us?

I did laugh at sasuke saying "by having the villages with no darkness within...I will completely change the shinobi world" when he is the first (along the uchiha clan) who embraces the darkness.

 

Killing the kages isn't darkness?

Put each bijuu under his controll isn't darkness?

destroying everything isn't darkness?
