This is a stupid question, but Sakura knows that minato is the 4th but more importantly Narutos dad right? Also does she know anything about Kushina? (In the manga)

It was ambiguous in the latest chapter but perhaps she doesn't know, I think. Hard to say, here's hoping Minato talks to Naruto with her around again, especially in a farewell part.

I hope that by the time Minato and other edo!kages say their goodbyes Naruto and Sakura will be together officially.

Well Minato already left Sakura in charge of looking after Naruto, but maybe he can wish the best of them as well as maybe telling Naruto that Kushina will be so proud.

I don't think it's possible for Sakura to know about Kushina. I mean, she didn't even know that the 4th was Naruto's dad until just now, so she's probably in the dark about Kushina too. It's funny how none of the Rookies realize how important Naruto's parents were in the history of their village.

I wonder if anyone besides Sakura hear that he's the father of Naruto. I like the fact they actually interacted. Best yet, Minato pretty much said, "My name is Minato, and I approve NaruSaku."

It's really funny that this part has been avoided for so long. Heck, she hasn't say a straight answer yet. In short, I got no clue but probably her unrealized feelings is speaking for her.
