Foreigners think that Sasuke's thoughts and actions are too contradictory. It seems Sakura and Sasuke are well liked in japan, and the pairing SasuSaku too.

Men are ok with NaruHina.
Because Hinata is more beautiful and has a better figure. ( And bigger boobs. )
That females are just jealous of Hinata. Just some rabid females fans.
Most of the others are fine with the ending, just sad that is ends though.

Wow they do really think that way ? It's not jealousy. It's just that we thought we were reading NARUTO and that the hero would succeed in what he wanted. We also loved the way he loved Sakura. That's all. Also, Kishi let us think that Sakura was changing her feelings for Naruto, and she did for Naruto things you do only for the one you love. Many things pushed us to think that way. It's all written in the manga. I just can't believe how you could think otherwise.

The need for a movie to explain lack of development in the manga is insulting to fans. I've always believed that it's the written text that is the canon, not the film or the anime or whatever. That Kishi is trying to sell us The Last as the necessary link to explain his own authorial shortcomings is super problematic. Just as is the blatant cash grab part 3.

- Team taka ( including Orochimaru ) dissapear

- Every couples and childrens except of Lee and Shikamaru

- New York city Konoha

I was kinda being sarcastic, but thanks for clearing it up, especially because of the fact that all ya said is true, Tsuki. Can we just say it's ironic how even if you think NH/SS fans who're out of their minds would be happy, yet they're not so since we're continuing with our love of NS, they gotta snipe and gripe at us for rejecting reality and substituting it with our own since the ending was unsatisfactory to everyone involved, regardless.

 

Yeah, I agree. The ending was just a big WTF? in the face of everything Naruto had been for 15 years.

I was mostly ranting for my own benefit but YW   Its literally like just because they get "canon" we are expected to jump ship and tag onto them or something ridiculous. It just doesn't work that way so too bad for them.

Okay, let me try and answer seriously now. What did we do? The answer to that is that we questioned them.

People do not like to be questioned, they do not like having their world view challenged because it challenges THEM and their perspective. It challenges what they think they know and no one likes the idea that they COULD be wrong. Thats why they USED to hate us, but I think the reason has changed. They got their canon, they should be validated, they should be comforted that they were right, but they aren't.

Because somewhere inside they KNOW their ending was bullsh**, they KNOW the characters did not deserve the treatment that they got, they know they didn't earn that ending. So, instead they seek validation from US to make them feel better about the sh*tty ending they want to be happy about, an ending deep down they will never, EVER be satisfied with. 

And good, because they don't deserve to be happy with it, no one should be content with what they got. 

And frankly, it makes me laugh that 'others' try to butt in our own forum. Like, have you read the name of this site peep? This is narusaku.com, here people ship narusaku, what were you expecting to find, hobbits? 

(and wasn't this little nice petition made before all this twitter debacle?)

All of this harrassment, it's so much. Like d*mn. 

 

See I'm a tumblr girl, so I can only speak for tumblr when I say this but go to the tags and see how out of proportion this "shipping" war has gone. And the saddest part about all of this is that it's mostly NH/SS fans I promise you that one. They're having a ballpark going at LadyGT and calling her "pathetic", made posts accusing us of sending hate to Kishimoto's assistant and starting the "Ban" petition, and I can't even go inside of my second fave ship Sasukarin without seeing blasts from SS fans claiming that they're "Karin's child".  

 

I went inside the Naruhina and Sasusaku tags and didn't see any crosstagging whatsoever.  

 

I don't even want to visit Narutoforums or Mangafox at this point.

 

I just don't get it. Why abuse each other like this? Why come after non-canon ships that've already admitted defeat? Why tell them what to draw or tell them what opinions they should have? I wish I could turn back the hands of time and tell Kishi to make an open-ending.

Now I think about it, the fact that the petition came from NH fans make that one rant video look foolish. Just like the end doing it for anime in general. Huh, I guess it's karma.
