Argh... I hate dry spells in the debate department :/ and I really don't know much about Japanese voice actors since I rarely watch the current anime, but when I do watch episodes, I need them in English so I can understand what's being said. Call me out that the dub sucks, but that's how it's how I first got into Naruto in the first place

As for that picture, it's pretty old to be honest, I remember seeing it back in the day despite not looking up SasuSaku ever. I can understand why she probably didn't like it though... it's pretty out there, though not like true Japanese standards of risque pictures

I admit, I find it surprising that she said something like that. Lately, I have seen people who are in a work place being well, human. I believe I remember one guy who was getting annoyed by fans that they want him to make a good Devil May Cry game and he responded them by telling them to shut the **** up. No joke. It's like people has becoming more aggressive but that's just me.

Says who? You [airing fans are freaking hilarious jumping to every little thing. Until Naruto says "I like you Hinata" or "I don't like Sakura" Naru/Saku is still in the game. I don't ship either couple, but you NH fans really make me wanna support NS just from how much BS you guys put out. It's a fictional
couple. Is it really worth bashing other people? No, it's not. Not saying you did, but each fanbase seriously needs to take a chill pill and drop the manga for a while.

Actually, I have heard there are more people becoming more annoyed by NH as of lately due to chapter 615 and this is from general audience. We even got some general audience thinking NS is the endgame and they're not shippers. I wonder this happened with other shows...

Yeah, NH is one scary fandom.
A lot of them are, to put it nicely, very aggressive with their opinions.
Say one bad thing and they'll attack you faster than Chouji attacks a bag of potato chips.

I know every fandom has its nut jobs but I've had more bad experiences with this one than any of the others.
SasuSasku, NaruSaku, SasuNaru etc. have all been pretty chill in comparison.

Not trying to bash, that's just my experiences so far.

It makes me see her interview with Kishi in 2009 with a different light.

If you guys recall she was disappointed with Sakura's confession to Naruto, she actually spoke in a very rude tone about Sakura that even surprised Kishi (or so I heard). Chie was practically defending Naruto's feelings and felt bad because she was under the impression that Sakura was just using his love for her to get what she wanted.

It was after that when Kishi made the notable reference about wanting to portray Sakura as an honest person with a surprisingly stubborn impression. To this day I can't make heads or tails about what Kishi meant with stubborn impression, but maybe he simply wanted people to not make any conclusions to soon about Sakura's feelings and to rather wait.

Maybe Chie has come to appreciate the character growth Sakura has with Naruto and is supporting the conclusion of them getting together now. And it seems she's protective of the way Naruto feels about Sakura.

I'm just reading that Sakura now is a main character like Bulma in DB and Hinata is the hero's love interest(???!) like Chichi.. And like Bulma in part 2 of DB, Sakura's stopping to being a main character...

Guys, i know that evertone has their personal opniones but this... it's just biased... and annoying to me..

Well Kishi was inspired by Toriyama and Dragonball but to me that comparison would only work if the love stories in Naruto existed solely for comedic purposes. Dragonball never had a love story, the closest was probably Gohan and Videl, Goku and Chichi's love story was played for laughs if I remember correctly Goku though marriage was a type of food.

Naruto does know what marriage is and there are like a million different love stories and love triangles flying about and they don't exist purely for comedy so to me the comparison doesn't really work.

One Piece would be closer to Dragonball in that regard.

I don't think that comparison works at all... maybe if goku was in love with bulma at first or something but he wasn't, DB had next to nothing in romance the biggest thing in it was gohan and videl.

I haven't watch DB, but I heard Goku was never in love with Bulma? And that ChiChi is a tsundere?

He wasn't, and just about every female of importance was a tsundere in DB and DBZ lol

surely not at my eyes. For me she's and will always be the heroine of the story. But when you find those kinds of statements around on the web, you can't avoid to get a more upset.... at least as for me.

I feel like that the 90% of world's peolpe is like against us, I feel like us NS fan to be in a zoo while a lots of tourists are watching us with curiosity like we were not of this world.
