Danna = husband.
Sama = particle to appoint respect.

Yes you are by in defending the way Sakura is wording the context. A few Japanese people and my friend have said it's odd she would use those terms for her husband; since it's usually meant for someone's else husband or what a geisha would have used to refer to their clients. It's a term to distance one self from that person. Why so defensive about it?WTF ? i not even said anything about sasusaku or narusaku ? what are your problem guys ?

Wait I don't really get it either. What is anyone trying to prove? I want to see the reciepts (proof) of Sakura calling Sasuke "danna-sama". Also does her saying "otto" suggest? I feel like all of us are reaching for nothing here.
Edit: Okay "otto" means husband. So why is this out of context? Why does her saying this feel odd to you guys?
