The main thing that's irritating me is that, what's transpiring in the manga isn't matching up with the movie, at least with the current ads. Hinata hasn't been mentioned once in the manga for 30+ chapters or so ever since IT was activated, and now she's being advertised with the main cast? Pardon me, but kitten that. Why would Kishi specifically make Kakashi say on 2 different occasions that Sakura's feelings towards Sasuke has changed if he was planning on making NH canon? (not that I'm saying he is) This kittening guy is killing me. Either he's a master at ship teasing or he changed his mind at the last second. Which I HIGHLY doubt.

the official twitter of the site says the scarf points at Hinata, but with both an exclamation and interrogation mark.

said scarf also points at Sakura and even hides the fact her front hair is now cut like Kushina.

Well it's clear they just want to tease the fans to earn a lot of money from those who will pay to see the movie... it's sad and ugly LOL
 

This said, I'm not so happy that the resolution of it all will be in that movie only, and not in the manga.

I never expected this manga to end like that, in such a rushed way just after the war. I thought there would be a peaceful small arc before. That would have been good. Meh...

Also, it's not so rejoicing to have the real end in that movie. That means we will never have it in paper, unless a miracle happens...

Yeah, I do think they're just teasing. But now I'm wondering if the scarf really does hold some significance (even with Hinata?), cause before I thought it was just cause the movie premieres in December...

Are they really trying to tease both pairings? First with NS in the commercial and then NH with that tweet. Although to be honest that tweet feels like it has more impact.

People are overreacting because

 

1. Hinata is on the cover looking different than everyone else

 

2. the scarf and Hinata have some sort of connection according to the official twitter

 

3. NH unlike SS doesn't revolve around abuse and Naruto and Hinata actually have a good standing friendship (atleast better than what SS has)

Personally, I still think the ending is NaruSaku. I'm just disgusted by this aggressive marketing. I think it's ugly. But they did just the same for RtN... so... meh... nothing new under the moonlight...
