You'd figure the sorrowful face she gave would have been a hint... but I guess people just love looking at it differently *shrug*

That face could mean anything though...or so they say. It would be weird if she was happy about the position Sasuke's in right now, even if she loves him.

I have a hard time believing she was happy at all or just upset with the path Sasuke has taken

Was there ever a moment that Tsunade said she kept the technique a secret from people? And even if she did maybe Sakura just found out for whatever circumstances. Still, it's weird to establish the byakugou as a rule for all medic nin yet keep the existence of said rule to yourself. Now that doesn't make any sense to me.
It was the forth of three rules so she probable didn't tell people about it, also in order for Tsunade to activate the Byakugou no Jutsu it requires the release of the Yin Seal which in case you forgot is the purple diamond mark on her forehead.

LMAO nice
I'm on the same boat, but I'm just saying that there's another way to see it for some people where SS isn't put in too much of a negative light.

I'm going with the latter of your post. The guy she loves is a psychopathic criminal, so of course she would be sad over that.

It wasn't the forth rule out of three. She just said she established the medic nin rules, she never said they were only three.
As for the diamond, I'm completely aware of it. But think about it. If we saw Sakura with the diamond it wouldn't be as much of a surprise, would it? Maybe Sakura's could be in her back or upper chest. Maybe she was able to focus the yin chakra without making the diamond visible to the eye.
I'm aware that this is a long shot. It's very improbable it will happen, but given I wouldn't dismiss it as impossible. Many people made that mistake with the Tobito issue and look what happened.

That's why I said just... as in the only reason ^^; I think more of it like she doesn't want to love him anymore

What if its linked to sakura's forehead? I mean, that would be pretty interesting.

I have a hard time believing that considering all the bad things he's done, and now she doesn't want to love him anymore? Doesn't make much sense. Some random guy just reminded her that Sasuke isn't such a great guy, which causes her to look sad, because she just realizes that the love of her life isn't such a great guy. Flawless logic.

The only thing we can really take from 540 is that she's not happy with the current Sasuke, but as to if she doesn't want to love him anymore is still up in the air. One thing's for certain though: She hasn't stated that she wants to continue chasing after him romantically, that's for sure. For now, all we know if that she wants team 7 to be happy again. But I'll stop there.

I mean she still loves him, but I take it as she's not exactly happy. It's hard getting over someone, unfortunately I know that feeling all too well. :/

Sure, I agree that SS has a much less likely chance now since the murder attempts (Sasuke not only tried to kill Sakura, but Sakura tried to kill him too, double sided murder attempts) and Sakura was thinking about Sasuke in such a terrible light. I agree that Sakura will, somehow, get over Sasuke soon and choose Naruto in the end, I'm an NS fan after all.
But either way, it won't be the end until the fat lady sings clearly. Kishimoto is not fat and he's not a lady, but either way, I want him to make it absolutely clear, without a doubt, that SS is dead. I know some fans still refuse to accept something even after the author confirmed it and the reasons why (I often see this discussion about Harry Potter right? I wasn't involved in that fandom), but it will still be a fact and those fans will officially be in denial at that point. That is what I want, I don't care what other fandoms think, I want absolute and sure proof from the author himself.
We can call on the manga to support us easily, but even we must admit that Kishi makes things sketchy or unclear right? We believe Sakura loves Naruto, Kishi cryptically said he thought he was writing an honest girl, so assume Sakura does love Naruto in some way. But even still, Kishi did not make Sakura's love confession absolute.
We believe Sakura is still in love with Sasuke or falling out of love with Sasuke or never loved Sasuke like that in the first place. None of us can say for certain which is the case, Kishi hasn't made it absolutely clear and only gives us cryptic unscripted panels with Sakura thinking about a dark Sasuke.
The only true facts we have against SS is that Sasuke has never loved Sakura and that he surely doesn't love her right now. It takes 2 to tango, if one side of the relationship is MIA, then can you really call it a relationship? Until Kishi shows Sasuke actually caring about Sakura whatsoever, then that pairings change is automatically down by 50% and gets lower and lower as Sakura falls away from it too.
The true fact we have about Naruto is that Naruto loves Sakura. Kishi confirmed this fact not even a week or two ago in Narutoverse time. It's undeniable and until Kishi shows Naruto actually loosing interest in Sakura, everything else is speculation. This relationship is at at least 50% and has been increasing throughout the course of the manga.
From the manga, we see that Hinata LOVES Naruto. We can speculate whether she actually loves him or if it's just infatuation or an extreme crush, but Kishi has made it clear in the manga that Hinata feels she loves Naruto. Unless Kishi shows signs of Naruto falling for Hinata (for example, doing all the things he does for Sakura to Hinata like asking for dates, blushing, attempting to see her naked in the bathhouse), then it is a fact that Naruto does not love her that way at all. That said, their relationship is also at a steady 50%, but romantic wise, it has not increased at all throughout the entire manga.
So again, I don't really like the "It's dead" statement, it will pretty much always come back and bite you in the butt, I know other fandoms say NS is 'dead' all the time when it's obviously not. We may be in the right, but we won't know for sure until the end.

Sig made by me though. XD

I went and checked the chapter and you are right she didn't say that there were only three rules but it does implies that she only taught her students the first three
If I remember right it was explained back in the Search of Tsunade Arc that the Yin Seal requires a lot of chakra that has to be stored up over time, and while it is true that Tsunade used her Yin Seal to go through Kumo's teleporter not long before she used the Byakugou no Jutsu but she only had it released long enough to recover from the teleporter, remember Tsunade is a decedent of the Uzumaki clan so she has a lot more chakra to spare than Sakura does.

I realize that as she uses the chakra and all, it fades away and we didn't see her with it when she was younger.
Is it possible that that diamond (or any other marking) do not appear until you've reached a certain chakra stored level? Are we sure that you can't access the ability unless you have that mark? What if Sakura has been storing chakra, but it has taken her so long, such a marking would not appear yet? Is it possible that she can still use the ability (though it'll be weak and not at 'full power')?
I hope I explained what I'm trying to say well enough.
