Frankly I doubt about that... Tsunade said clearly that only her can knows and uses this forbidden technique.
Which would serve as a nice twist to show that Sakura mastered it in secret.
But don't worry, I'm completely aware that this is a monumental long shot. But I think it would be the most perfect thing that happens to her character. Let me use a previous post to explain better:

Not even Shizune learned Tsunade's strength techniques and she's just as much Tsunade's apprentice as Sakura, so that's pretty telling on how far above Sakura is from any other medical ninja.
What can serve as a clue is that Tsunade introduced the byakugou as a rule for her students, hence anyone that can master it is allowed to be involved in the front lines. Tsunade didn't make herself out to be a unique exception, she made the technique to be an exception that any medic ninja can apply. Otherwise instead of introducing it as a rule she would've just mentioned as to why she was a special case given the nature of her technique, but we are left under the impression that this rule can possibly apply to anyone capable.
Also, right after she activates the technique Tsunade starts talking about how she's not just a medic ninja which she proceeds to prove by using her super strength on Madara. I would find it ridiculous that Kishi also made Sakura be not just a medical ninja and yet leaves her to be just that in the most important battle of the series.
