Since Kaneki's hand stopped at the number 20 on the calender, he prob was thinking about his and Arima's birthday. Honestly, Eto's declaration that she's not the One-Eyed Ghoul King while showing Kaneki dozing over the calendar can only refer to Arima in my eyes. Can't be Kaneki cause he's not 100 yrs old, lol.
Who said that this King existed anyway? My guess is that Eto trying to create one, and now she chouse Kaneki.

Nah, the CCG was formed to combat the King. The King is probably with V.
Was that stated anywhere? Because what things looks like - V created CCG by third hands to combat ghouls on surface, while theyself are in shadow.

When you think about it, it would explain on why Eto could be attacking CCG and founded Aogiri. Didn't Yoshimura left a diary to her? It must have all info on V and possibly connection to CCG. But what I'm trying to figure out is V consists ghouls right? So what gives with their connection then? Unless Arima is on the low with Furuta. Trying to wrap my head around.Was that stated anywhere? This chapter....
In this chapter Eto states that people joined force to fight against one eyed ghoul, but she also tells that some organization created it. I wonder if that ghoul really existed? And wasn't created by organization itself to create "false enemy"? Hm.
Whatever the answer is I doubt that "real one-eyed ghoul" is still alive if he actually existed. It would be some oldman now...

Something interesting I've noticed as I was going on one of my reviewers' twitter, and he uploaded this calendar picture shown on July 21st:
Matsuri and with a certain woman whose eyes are scribbled out. Someone on tumblr said that the woman is wearing a wedding dress, meaning this is their wedding day we're seeing. So yeah, that woman is his wife Iyo introduced in the new chapter. Is there a reason why her eyes are scribbled out? She's kind of suspicious...? Matsuri is paying zero attention to his wife really, who knows what she's doing behind his back, lol.

No, that's not what she said. She said that the parent company that eventually became the CCG was created to combat an extremely powerful one eyed ghoul. She also says that she isn't the king, and right after that V is mentioned, which likely points to them housing or being run by the King. Yeah, that's him XD I don't really blindly follow him, but some of the stuff he brings up is interesting. But I seldomly watch his reviews to TG nowadays cause his videos got too long.

no, the retard went on and about saying kaneki's hair turned red. (How does one's hair turn red? It's plain obvious that his hair was bloodstained due to sustaining a head injury from karren)
