The scroll was filled with kanji's and seals not to complicated, it blooked like a summoning scroll but with a special part that makes it totally usable for food.
"All you need to do is to put the dish that you want on the main circle and do Horse, Tiger and Rat seal, while pushing someof your chakra to you hands and touch with your palms the scroll where the space indicated on both sides of the main circles then channel chakra till the circle will be green the food will poof in the scroll and the name of the meal in kanji will be written in the circle."
"Let me show you" He opened the scroll putted his ramen in it and did what he said to Kazuma.
"Here" He gave Kazuma 5 scrolls "They're re usable and to un slea it just do the same set of seals but in reversed order and put your palms on the same place. Channel the chakra" He did it with the scroll with the sealed Ramen "And Bang Ramen is ready to be eaten" And he started to chow down.

"You use the amount to make it 1.5 inches over your hand and that's the amount of chakra that you use for one hand during touching the scroll. The amount equals 5 seconds of hovering."
Pite took a leaf and started to that.
"Look! It took me 3 weeks to do this."
When Kazuma tried to do that, Pite threw his self summoning scroll with enached strength very far in the direction of his house but it flew a little further...
He ended his ramen watching Kazuma's leaf flying away. He thanked Ayame and did Ox, Tiger, Monkey, Dragon and Rat...
*puff* Pite was gone leaving 3 additional scrolls for Kazuma with a note
'If you need something I live on Yoshikawa Akamatsu street next to the Kunai-e-Mart in the red roofed building 3 floor, room 322.
Best Regards and good luck in training!!! Pite'

It read:
By the order of the Hokage, Team 17 will be departing on a premptive mission intended to stop a potential threat to this region. As the one with the most current and up-to-date knowledge on the region the mission is to take place in and what the mission entails, I have been given unilateral authority in deciding what is needed for it to be a success. Thus, I am requesting that a maximum of two other teams join us
Do note, this mission will most likely be highly ranked. As such, I'm only requesting that all interested Jounin-sensei seriously consider how much risk they feel their teams are ready for before notifying me of their intent to join. If anyone attempts to join simply out of the desire to expand their own prestige, I will turn them down as this mission requires participants dedicated to the task.
Signed,
Ryuujin Kokuei
Jounin-sensei of Team 17
OOC: Yep, I've got a plan for another 3 team mission. All interested Jounin-senseis, please PM me for the basic details (I do want to keep some stuff a surprise, so I won't spill all the beans just yet).

Konoha had agreed to reinstate him as a Konoha nin after he had proven to be trustworthy enough to take on missions. He sighed, oh he was happy to be a qualified shinobi again, but he couldn't shake the fact that he was being held back a bit. Not that he would tell anyone about it, but he was quite sure that if he showed his talents enough, he could prove he was worthy of the Chunin title. Being a 19 year old Genin was seen as well...abnormal. The Senpuukai clan in Kumo was one of the best in fighting and wind jutsu, and their bloodline certainly was something to scoff at.
He was considered a 'special case' in Konoha. His teachers often let him take the tests before the others were even informed of them, and he knew about a dozen different jutsu, not including his hidden techniques of his clan.
Still, as much as he hated being in this predicament, he was thankful that Konoha had allowed him into the village. He answered the questions of the interrogation center to the best of his knowledge, and had obeyed the laws well. He payed his rent on time, and provided community service when asked to by the council.
However, he was missing one important element of being a shinobi: a team. He was alone as of now, which wasn't anything new to him, but he knew that taking the Chunin exams was not possible without a team. Had he been in Kumo back when he was a kid, he would have been eligible for the exams. Not now though. He didn't know of any possible teams that were short a member, or if there were any available Jounin to teach him. He was taught to be patient though, and if he needed to wait for an oppurtunity, he would...
...still, he really wanted to go and take on a mission...Konoha was beautiful, but he could only stand this monotonous routine for so long.
"Well, might as well go and train..." he said with a shrug as he got up. He readjusted his Leaf forehead protector and let a small smile grace his face. Training, that's one thing he never got tired of.
Ten minutes later found Hitori in a small little clearing. He nodded and began to go through some Taijutsu drills. No sense in rushing things. Maybe he would find someone to spar with. He began to go through some palms thrusts on a nearby tree, and was pleased to hear a cracking sound as the bark began to chip away from his attacks. He hadn't lost his touch it seemed.
