So...generation surpassed the other? Make sense to me. Huh. Maybe that's why Kakashi is like "DONT DO IT!!! I DID IT ALREADY!!!"
But if Sasuke failed that means he didn't pass the previous generation. Kishi screwed up big time.

The axe are usually drawn with her bc it represents her monster strength and independence that's the symbolism of the axe .
Actually, not the axe represents that, but the two-edged sword...the axe is still a mystery.

I remember reading a SS fan's comment on my fb page on this anti SS moment. It was like this:
I think this is the best parallel. Only difference, one succeeded, and the other one almost did. So much love between these two...

Though its one or two points I disagree with....I guess...maybe this is the case!
Maybe thoughtful isn't the right word. When I mentioned it, I was thinking of his observation of Orochimaru - his disregard for human life, his objectives, his methods... He's analytical.

Maybe something like....one shot two kills? Like Sakura's single punch is able to finish off many zetsus or juubi clones for that matter. And axe when hit on a log of wood, it cuts it into two. The only difference is ace cuts the log into two in a single cut whereas Sakura kills many of them in a single blow. Something like that?Actually, not the axe represents that, but the two-edged sword...the axe is still a mystery.

Actually I made a mistake. It was really about Obito. Obito came late to stop a friend from stabbing another friend to death. So in reality, it's for Naruto surpassing. Ah...But if Sasuke failed that means he didn't pass the previous generation. Kishi screwed up big time.

I remember reading a SS fan's comment on my fb page on this anti SS moment. It was like this:
"This moment is not anti SS at all! Infact it is a pro SS one! I'll explain how. You see, when Sasuke is about to stab Sakura, he pressed his lower lip against his teeth. This means that he was not doing it willingly and that the zetsus were controlling him. Sasuke still loves Sakura deep inside and the fact that he pressed his lower lip proves this. He did not wanted to kill Sakura but since he was being controlled, he was trying hard to gain control of himself, but couldn't! This moment is pro SS"
Really?

Analytical....yeah more or less you can say that since he even figured out Madara's limbo or whatever that was...but flute and analytical....can you please explain to me its relation?

Clarity of expression. Like being able to interpret an emotion or possibly a meaning to the music produced by the flute. Like I've mentioned, Sasuke can be very intuitive. Both when it concerns individuals (those who have distinguished themselves enough to earn consideration in his eyes, at least) and the specifics of abilities in combat. Tobi made a note of the latter during the Danzo fight iirc.

Really ? Where did you get that ? As far as I know/read theories the Axe is a representation of power in old cultures and it has the power to destroy and create this is why I associated it with Sakura .

Maybe...or I guess you did hit it right! So what has to be Naruto's symbol? He can be complete idiot at times but he has very very high level of battle smartness. Quick thinker because he comes up with counter strategies real fast! You know the usual stuff already!

i wouldn't pay much attention regarding this..
the ono (the axe battle) is just rappresented as a powerful weapon, capable to smash enemies and gates. It's famous for his weight, so you need a great skill to handle it. It's just The Ono, or battle axe, was a very powerful weapon used to smash through castle gates, knock opponents off their horses or totally destroy anyone attempting to fight with a lesser weapon. The Ono was generally 4 feet long with a heavy, over sized steel blade.
The weight of this weapon demanded great skill from the user in battle. It's just a metaphorical representation of Sakura's strength. That's why Naruto was holding the Sakura's axe in that volume cover... He was holding that axe as a heavy burden since the POL was a big deal for him maybe...

I just think I need to post this for anybody here who were upset at this chapter's color cover and last chapter's final page. As you all know Kishi has a habit of trolling the pairings and the fans and I think he does enjoy doing it. Of course, I don't think he does it out of malice but that he's just a genuine prankster(just like Naruto lol). I'm going to repost this quote from someone who wrote this in 2012 who perfectly summed up the endgame for Kishi when it comes to NS becoming the end pairing. I know some of you guys don't need to hear this as you guys already understand what's going on with Kishi's tactics but I want to repost for the people who need a reminder of what he's trying to do.
Narrative FeintAlso props to whoever wrote this. I've seen this written piece on facebook and the NaruSaku Debate Thread on this site before. So I apologize for not knowing who wrote this great analysis.
This thing about narrative feint is so true it hurts.
