This writer must be biased b/c he's apparently simply guessing the romance subplots in the movie.
I don't really care about the NaruHina and SasuSaku interactions b/c these two couples are inevitable anyways. I just want some genuine interaction and dialogue b/w Naruto and Sakura.

I feel like it could happen in the movie. Idk the wheels in my head are starting to turn now that the shock has worn off.
I like the reasoning, but the movie have been officially state to take place between 699 and 700. So I don't see NS happen then NH. That would pissed me off even more lol

But the theory itself plays to the idea that the movie explains what happened and all of the inconsistencies with 700. Lol you don't have to see the movie if you don't want to. Besides I'm only going to watch the pirated movie. SP aint getting anything from me.

I just hope everyone is aware that this "closure" you guys are looking for is not really going to make you feel better. I guess some will find comfort, but I have a funny feeling some are going to be back in here upset and mad. Not that I blame you, I am just saying expect it. This is why I am not watching it.

Because it will justify the Sai Panel,that girlfriend comment,Naruto being lovey dovey around Sakura,acting jealous when Sasuke rescues Sakura etc.Its better than pretending as if the last 697 panels of Naruto loving Sakura dont exist because the writer cant write a closure for a couple worth giving a kitten because he is scared of addressing the elephant in the room

She didn't confess, she asked to accompany him. After which he abandoned her (again 
), but he pokes her forehead. Just like in chapter 3 when Naruto notes that the reason he loves Sakura is bc of their search for Acknowledgement. Than Sasuke runs off on his own.

I don't need closure. What I need a real ending for the series, which was exactly what we didn't get with 699-700, and The Last won't solve that.
The story pointed to NS as endgame, the last two chapters were a mess: characters OOC, ignoring years of development; nothing about the aftermath of the war is explained; several characters didn't even appear in the last two chapters, e.g., Yamato, important character in Part II/Shippuuden; Orochimaru, the goddamned main villain of Part I; Taka, Sasuke's team in Part II/Shippuuden; the epilogue was absolutely terrible.
