I would agree, but this is Hinata were talking about. The same girl that promptly forgot about her cousins death to enjoy the warmth of Naruto's hand. Lee grieved more than she did.

Why don't you discuss the potential NS subplot for a change? Hinata that, Hinata this... ugh. I'm getting a headache. It's like everyone are too "shy" to battle NH shippers out there, so people wave their swords here.

Hopefully she gets over that. If she's a priestess now, I expect her to actually have some confidence about herself, and for her to mature and grow past the whole "Naruto" phase. It's way too old at this point now.

Really guys, it's like you keep forgetting this very other day:

 

 

Narrator: 美人はそう -> This beautiful woman is Sakura uh…
 
Narrator: 女性らしさが増したサクラに きっとナルトは…。 -> should be basically “Surely Naruto is….. for Sakura which her womanhood has increased”

 

Surely Naruto is... completely disgusted by it therefore he'll go for the more beautiful Hinata. :zaru:

 

And now we get a tag line about the story being about first love. Well, it certainly can't be about Naruto, it's not like he's the main character or anything. :zaru:

it's clear now...

 

Hinata, being worried, gives to Naruto a red scarf, their "red string of the scarf". She wishes Naruto good luck since she will stay at home for praying that everything goes well and Naruto saves the world. Then Naruto replies to her "I gotta something to tell you... Wait for me!"
Naruto defeats the enemy with his friends and the scarf around his neck, for reminding him that the loving Hinata is waiting for him.
Naruto returns to the village and then says "I love you" to Hinata and together they put the red scarf of their destiny to their necks.

Isn't beautiful, guys? It's not so obvious like the most of love stories.

I see what are you doing here, Kishi. what a romantic guy.

Mentality isn't the only shortcoming that Hinata suffers from. Her lack of self-confidence has always been a glaring weakness in her ability to train. It was the original reason for Hiashi shunning his eldest daughter for the younger sibling who shows greater promise and determination. If you look at Hinata's competence strictly in terms of combat prowess, you'll realise that she hasn't come too far, in spite of what fans might argue to the contrary, and let's not forget the possibility that she might be relegating her role to that of just a lovestruck observer in this movie.

Frankly, I'll be shocked if this adult version of her has reached any level higher than SRA Neji.

Agreed. She really shouldn't be a ninja... She isn't fit to be one.

I heard people say something similar about BZ betraying Madara and joining Kaguya.

  • Interests:Honestly, western sakura haters are pathetic (if your wondering why I say western, its because thats where all the sakura haters are) they hate sakura for the stupidest reasons, makes me wonder if they even read the manga for anything besides illogically hating on her, and even more so if they even read the same manga. Seriously they really are blind if they think sakura isn't the most popular female character in naruto and has a huge fanbase in japan, kishimoto-sensie's main fanbase. Honsetly, they aren't true naruto fans because they're practically bashing the main heroine of the series who has had AMAZING and deep emotional development, both romace-wise , character-wise and-power wise, and the love interest, Haruno sakura, of the main hero, Uzumaki Naruto. That alone is an insult to kishimoto-sensie's work. Not to mention they rub off the japanese culture, which is important to know if you wanna 100% understand the details of the manga.

    My hobbies are drawing, and reading awesome facts about anything I love! Oh and how could I forget, I love playing on my PS3, my favourite online game is Team Fortress 2, favourite character to play with is the scout! (Although I love all of 'em).
    Bless the PS2 era...and all those awesome games... (applause to you if you were part of that gaming age, jack and daxter, sly, spyro, crash etc.)

Not because of the plot.She's a secondary character.

^^^^^This, this and soo much of thiiiis...hinata has nothing to do with the story majorly simply because she never had...so having her all of a sudden would be veryy ooc. Shes been featured before on covers, it irrelevvaannttttt.

Also...whoa...last story first love or whatever they wrote...damn thats just yelling narusaku!!!

I still think we'll probably have a villain for the movie....I mean the moon doesn't just fall out of the sky like that and judging from Sasuke's words Kakashi is actually being targeted.
