I did not like the fact that Oda sent her character back to square one (losing again and being humiliated by a schichibukai) for no reason except to show her tities. She doesn' t grow as a character or is terribly done and is reduced to a submissive girl with big titties that cries for children for no reason.

She cried because as a marine, she felt strongly responsible for the lives of children a marine ruined. Law is a Warlord, she can't handle that. There is zero shame in her losing.

This is why Oda sould have included the full scene with Nami in the manga (the anime emphasized that partand her crying felt justified) In the manga, it was just rushed and weird.

 

She literally asked Law to kill cause she felt ashamed. The problem with her in the TS is that she loses for the heck of it with no consequences on her character unlike part 1.

Tashigi is not main character(straw hat member).
Her character is relate to zoro.
She's the reminder of zoro undefeated opponent.

There are two people who zoro can't defeat, mihawk and his childhood friend.

finally, luffy took out the trash that is bellamy. and lol, i hope law really is dead so luffy can solo doffy himself. and luffy is pissed off, and we all know a pissed off luffy is dangerous af.

Yeah, I love how he did Bellamy the same way he did in Jaya XD but I hope Law isn't dead, I love Law I can't wait for luffy to wreck Doflamingo though! The problem is, however, if Law is down, then that means that Luffy has to deal with Doflamingo and Trevor. The only thing I can see against that is that Sabo shows up to deal with Trevor, I think that might have been alluded to in this chapter.

i didn't think about sabo dealing with him, that's a good possibility. and yeah i did kinda like the way luffy ended bellamy.

 

and luffy is going into this fight with plenty of damage he took from bellamy, which evens the playing field when you think about that injection shot from law he took and the red hawk to the gut from luffy. though luffy looks much more exhausted lol.

I've just heard that on Adult Swim One Piece will air at around 8pm. No idea what that channel is, but that is supposed to become some experiment with One Piece.

It's time for the Western world to see how great One Piece is. It pisses me off somehow that people always think of Naruto when they hear the word manga -.-

Just wanted to share my thoughts about Fishman Island Arc and Punk Hazard.

 

 

Fishman Island: Idk for some reason I didn't find it all that interesting. Hodey Jones just seem like some B-Class fishman that was trying to be like Arlong and I didn't really get that vibe from him. Although did like the flashback that happened between him and Arlong I thought that was cool, and the crybaby mermaid was okay not too bad, but not to great of a character. What I did like about the arc was how the arc started with the Strawhat Pirates reuniting that was cool, and don't get me wrong but the concept and the set up of the arc was cool. I guess to be it was the execution of how the arc was handled is what mad it feel less interesting to me. I thought it was okay at best.

 

Now Punk Hazard  on the other hand is a whole different story, I just absoltely love the idea of Chopper, Sanji, and Nami, and the other dude the tall one switching bodies that was just absolutely hysterical. I loved the stuff going down with Smoker, Law, and The Strawhat pirates.  Especially the hilarity bits between Zoro and Tagashi I mean that's clearly leaning to something. The Villian Ceaser Clown was amazing I loved what he did in the arc and the reasons behind why he did such things. Granted I wouldn't consider this better then Summit War Saga, but it's something I can consider on the same level as Arlong Arc for sure. So the ending of this arc sets up for the current on-going Dressrossa Arc, interesting I can't wait to see what exactly is going to take place. From what I heard there was a chapter that threw everyone off the loop for weeks and I'm pretty curious as to figuring out what this little chapter caused the entire One Piece Fandom to explode that day.

I really cant wait for this fight! Love how Doflamingo said he wasn't going to do exactly what he's doing; getting arrogant. I think Luffy definitely looks more exhausted, but that just makes me more hype because Luffy is clutch like Tom Brady lol

Fishman Island was just an arc to introduce us to the New World and show us how much theyve improved in two years, as well as telling us that Jinbe will be a part of the crew (omg cant wait!!)

For years I've heard many people talk about the Great Summit War Saga in One Piece and it's true greatness. I always wondered what all the commotion was about and I read the summary from Skypeia to the Summit War Saga years ago, but I completely forgot what happened (which was a good thing to be honest). Now that I've actually seen how the events go down in the Summit War Saga I'm truly and deeply utterly speechless. First off the whole Saobody Archipelago set up arc really grabbed my attention with what Luffy and the crew were doing. Discovering that Shanks and Buggy were apart of Gold D. Rogers was WTF!!! I knew they were special, but that was just woah...  The Straw Hats being defeated and separated by the end of that arc was just wow I honestly didn't see that coming. Then we cut to Ace....  Where do I start with this... Luffy's drive to save his brother no matter what was amazing and came the White Beard Pirates and I'll be honest my jaw literally dropped from what I was seeing. The best way to desrcibe is like the Boston Massacre only this is much much worse to be honest.... Once I got to the two important deaths of Ace and White Beard man I got be honest  I was straight up emotional for a good hour to hour and half as I continued reading the chapters forward. Although my emotions got worse to a point when I started crying once the flashback chapters came and even that was amazing too, I feel really bad for Sabo like poor kid was about to take off and then he gets killed. The way how Oda ended the last pre-timeskip chapter was so fitting and I'm interested in seeing how things are going with timeskip.   

 

 

So I'm going to take a guess that Fishman Island is the first timeskip/next arc in the series. I'll probably start reading it sometime next week cause I'm still trying to process everything through like Damn, Arlong Park and Alabasta were probably my top 2 favorite arcs in the series, but I think The Summit War Saga overtakes Arlong Park for the #1 spot. 

Yeah the War of the Best was fantastic! It had me crying like a baby when ace snuffed it Dressrosa is on par though!

I hope law isn't dead! there's stil the chance mansherry heals him. I loved Laws words this chapter though, he's a beast. Can't wait till luffy goes ape kitten on Doffy though, 4th gear is nigh upon us! Btw, did law communicate with Luffy at the end?

ugh forgot about that zombie restoring creature. i read somewhere that gear 4th will happen because law transferred his heart to luffy, thus giving him enough power. i personally don't want gear 4th to happen like that. that speech bubble from law indicates a flashback, which i hope won't is extremely short.

I would hope 4th gear doesn't happen like that. I would have wanted Luffy to have had already developed it on his own. Regarding the speech bubble, that's what I thought at first, and I was kinda confused because I felt like that was a weird place to leave off. And then, if you look again, there's that bubble with "!?" in it, like Luffy was taking notice of something...

yeah i definitely expect him to be capable of using it on his own if he already developed it during his training. i can't tell, luffy's looks too pissed lol. but yeah, it may be luffy recalling what law said? idk, we'll see in the next chapter. and now i'm even more sure that gear 4th is coming because doffy expects a miracle from luffy. please let that be the miracle!!

Could be Luffy forcing an extremely dense rubber mass through either arms or legs and forcing it back into his body then releasing it out causing high damage and force to whoever or whatever he is facing.

i really want coc to be incorporated into luffy's attacks, because as of now, coc has been so disappointing since its only use is just knocking out fodder. oda needs to hurry up and expand on its purpose because coc ain't impressing me. hopefully luffy will show something in his fight with doffy.

coc has already been implemented though, hasn't it? He infused it in his fist when he fought Chinjao, and Chinjao did the same thing. I think that coc is able to be used kinda like coa as an additional form of attack.
