Uuuh, it was posted by someone on Tumblr, having the description with the translation...
The panel is from last chapter, the person says it's from 698, she says the text talks about Kakashi and Sakura, their name aren't even there as I said. It's a troll.

It's just a comical comment from a japanese reader who just got last chapter (since we're monday). It says "I...Isn't it the wall of rumor?"

So I guess it's false. I prefer it that way. I wouldn't have liked a whole epilogue chapter.

I know that user, he is pretty reliable about Jump news but maybe he could have misundersood the infos by taking the whole full colour chapter into 2 different chapters... But I'm not sure about this so take this with a grain of salt

That would actually be interesting, but now that you mention it I think Naruto would probably have the same reaction as Obito with Rin's death (not the dream world stuff). The only difference here is Sakura isn't dead unlike what happened to Rin. Probably the best way I can put it.

Better yet, there is the option of parrying or grappling Sasuke's arm to prevent it from reaching Naruto. Itachi and Kakashi have already repelled Chidori using just their hands. Why can't Sakura do the same against an exhausted Sasuke with strength levels that I would hope are close to a perfect statistical 5 by this point?
It sounds tragic, but since we already know the outcome, courtesy of Pierrot's movie, the atmosphere and severity of Sakura's fatal wound might be lost somewhat, in my opinion.
