Why did Obito bother bringing up that Naruto's friends naturally help him when he needs it when Kishi had no need to bring this up again. Either he's setting something up with it or Obito for whatever reason needed to be remembered for the uptenth time that Naruto>>>him because of nakama power.

The latter wouldn't make sense because it's not that Naruto can last for a long time or anything that talks about him as a person. It's not that Sakura said Naruto will be done and won't get down easily, just say that she don't want to let his action go to waste. But why is that necessary to say that in the first place? Obito didn't say it at a random spite. He knows what he just said. But when he hears what she said, in a way, it's not that she was lying because she wasn't but rather never gave a true reason on why she won't stop. He saw her through that and realized that she is doing it because of Naruto.

Is there a purpose for him saying that? I don't know, though it could be played already here. However, if there's a follow-up, the best we can do is wait. So far, that's one reason why Naruto isn't there for, since that line seems to be a hidden message behind it. While we know where it comes from, we don't know why is it needed. It's like if we first time hear Minato talking about Sakura being similar to Kushina, what significant does that make. While that one is much easier to figure it out, this one could be taken as a question left to be answered.

Why discouraging ? I'm just disappointed because I didn't understand it like that. I thought Mangastream put "" because they are always doing weird things, and I relied on Mangapanda. I didn't make the link with what Kakashi said to him.

To me it's not a SasuSaku moment. And I actually liked it. I want Sasuke to acknowledge her, and to be kind to her, because I want Team7 to laugh together at the end. And that would be possible only if Sasuke is not a douche anymore.

No, its not. It tells us that Sakura was willing to give it all to rescue Sasuke, with an aim of helping Naruto. It shows her development from

part 1. Can you imagine the turmoil here and everywhere else if she thought of Sasuke-koon and mentioned him rather than Naruto, like she would have done in part 1?

I don't disagree with you.  Yes, he has been uneven, and he has done some pretty questionable things -- in terms of deus ex machina (I prefer that term to "asspull") and retcon.
 
However, I challenge any of Kishimoto's most vocal critics to do better.  It's not a simple matter to tell a long, complex story with a crapton of characters over the course of what, 15 years now??, and not make mistakes in continuity, short-sighted plotting, and characterization.  On top of that, we don't really know to what extent he must respond to interference from editors, publishers, etc., who are motivated more by gross sales than story integrity.
 
I'm really not making excuses for Kishimoto's mistakes, but instead trying to be fair-minded and celebrate his strengths rather than his weaknesses.  But that's me.

The general purpose of this line of argument is to delegitimize critics by targeting them rather than what they say. That if the cannot do so they should sit down and shut up. It rarely has any other purpose. I really want to give you the benefit of the doubt because your posting history has shown you to be very fair minded. However, I struggle to come up with any other reason to invoke such a challenge. It's purpose is usually what I described.

Otherwise, what difference does it make whether they can? One need not be a movie maker or television producer to recognize when a movie or show is awful.
