I already prepared myself for that however it would go a bit against her character conception.
She was supposed to never die in battle and watch Naruto become Hokage.
How can she do this if she;d be dead? Maayybe she won't die.

I'm honest here... I'm a little disappointed that Hashirama didn't reach the place where there are Tsunade and other kages. I just wanted some tender moments between Tsunade and his grandpa :-(

I hate to say this, but Jiraiya says hi on that one. He died before Naruto got to become a Hokage. Maybe Tsunade will repeat what Tobirama did to Sarutobi, which could trigger Sasuke to go against him for the crown (Game of Throne!!!). Right now, it's 50/50, here's hoping Kages show up before really making her death inevitable. Next chapter is 5 of the volume. I'll give it 3 more before I get really worried.

It's possible to talk about the impact on pairing without constantly invoking its fans or the fandom and it's also possible to do so without being snarky, snide, or name calling. There has been so much grave dancing and face grinding in this thread. People are posting material from other sites: While not a rule violation in and of itself: I am stating it now: DISCONTINUE DOING SO because right now all people are doing is bringing in snarky memes or youtube videos so they can trash the poster or mock an opposing fandom. I'm warning all subsequent attempts to do that and purging the link.

I agree. That's why I'm starting to realize it and this could be bad for her. What's worse is that she's the Hokage, so if she dies and Sasuke happened to want to be a Hokage, then this is no coincidence that it was planned for Sasuke to setup as the final fight without any time to lose. Right now, I just want to focus on the current battle.

I'm seriously just expecting Sakura's powerup to be the strength of 100 or a variant.

In my opinion, kinda like how sage mode was first revealed during the jiriaya vs pain arc, naruto continued it and surpassed jiriaya.

I feel the same thing will happen with sakura considering the same thing happened between tsunade and madara, awesome power is revealed but then the user is beaten. Student continues it and shows their improvement.

Otherwise, if its sage mode, insert a short flashback about how sakura went to this place sometime between the team 7 reunion and the assembling of the allied shinobi forces, maybe she trained for it during the confining the jinchurki arc?

This is what's exciting for the next chapter, I'm guessing naruto just passes her some chakra to help fuel her to unleash it. This is going to be great when sakura unleashes it. This is the reason aside from the assembly of team 7 again.

You know, it's funny. In the movie, Sakura knows Naruto wants to be Hokage and she was going to convince him by that, but yeah, you know the story. That said this is very well timing, because now it does seem like the last part of the series is to earn the title of Hokage, which Sasuke is now involved. That means Kishi is truly being consistent with Sakura and the book acknowledged that her almost sacrificing her team was like her dream to see his dream to come true. That means her character will come back to that point of wanting him to be Hokage. If this is truly planned, Kishi, allow me to say "All hail, Kishi!"

I'm actually not going to mind sitting through the time when 615 comes to anime form, I mean look at what will come up a few weeks later.

Guess it really does depend on how much the canon episodes really do on the aspects of the manga itself. I mean if an episode is purely canon, it covers around 2-3 chapters on average. Some like Sakura helping Naruto train in the wind style, that was a hybrid one given the stuff with her yelling at Sai. Others are well overextended in some cases like 166. Some others just occur differently, kinda like when shippuden began, in the manga Naruto saw Sakura with Tsunade when he came back. In the anime, he sees only Sakura and meets Tsunade and kakashi later on.

Oh well, don't care how it turns out in the anime when this chapter comes, should be funny to see it in animation.

But do you really thing Sasuke would accept that without conflict? I think he is truly serious about becoming Hokage (not really sure why he would joke about it), so he probably wouldn't accept Tsunade's dying words just like that. We know that Sasuke takes everything to the extreme, so he most likely won't stop chasing his new ambition of becoming leader of Konoha just because Naruto and Tsunade had a touching farewell moment.

Also to me, I don't think Sasuke respects the Hokage at all. That includes Tsunade. He sees them as people whose actions led to the extermination of the Uchiha/Itachi's horrendous life, so I don't think he puts enough value in Tsunade's words to accept her passing on the Hokage position to Naruto.
