To me, impatience leads to nothing. If you've lost your patience and are careless, it's another thing not to care. But sitting here, waiting for Kishi to develop Sakura next chapter every week..it would be difficult to live with. We just have to wait and see, or not wait at all.

All I can do about the latest comments on this forum is.



Kishi said that he try to keep Sasuke appearance in the movie at minimal for not to take away the focus from the message he wanted to send or from Naruto. He also said that all our favorite characters will shine.

Sakura said that next time they will be together no matter what he says, while saying that not only her and Naruto will fight, everyone will fight together.

Kishi and Sakura said so but people still choose to be negative.

The bolded is how I am right now. I'm not waiting for anything and it feels so god damn good instead of just torturing myself with constant anticipation. I don't trust Sakura's character with Kishi, and why should I?

Don-kun: Why do you blame those who are negative? It's like you look down on them. We've kept our loyalty, but Kishi disappoints everytime. I don't even know what posts you are talking about. It is not right to be positive or negative, just give some rational arguments to your thoughts. I don't like when people tell others to be more positive, or more realistic. As long as it's not the same old whining, I don't understand why your are facepalming.

It's not trolling, it's spamming. Facepalms are not good responses. Basically "I disagree with you so much that I am facepalming". It leads to nothing. It tells me nothing.

Plus, her hand was on his cheek already, so why slap it and then pat on her back. That would be awkward to be honest. Plus, once again, the hand holding was not that romantic version. Hell, check Chikara filler from the anime to see how is supposedly works. The point is that Naruto can transfer chakra in any ways. I should quote that one paragraph here...

no, I wasn't talking about Hinata here, I mean, I was saying that if Kishi wanted, he could have made that 'hold hands" thing be something only for Hinata while for others like Shikamaru, Ino, chouji.. Naruto could have just slap their hands, touched their shoulders or something like that.

I'm the only one who feels that if NaruSaku does not happen at this point, it would really damage the Sakura's character?! Let me explain why I think that:

probably because of the argument most used here these days "it's too late".

Make Naruto change his mind about such a thing at this stage of the manga would be like to say that he finally realized that Hinata is better than Sakura (at least that would be how the readers would feel IMO), because right now there is no strong reason for Naruto switch his feelings for Sakura to Hinata. For someone who is in love with a girl since the beginning of the manga and was shown having really strong feelings for her during the entire manga ... I'm sorry but a confession and a pep talk aren't enough to make him change his feelings so easily.

My problem isn't that he make NH canon, my problem is how he didn't respected his own heroine to do that. Sakura would become nothing more than a just a stone on the way of NH happen, something that Naruto had to overcome in order to find true love in the Hinata-sama's arms.

Because while Sakura is one of the few heroines who have already started the story with the love of the protagonist ,she would be one of few (more like the one, I really don't remember any other) that in the end didn't end up with the protagonist because "he found someone better".

My point is that Kishi could have worked NH without sacrificing Sakura's character in the process, he could have made Naruto interact more with Hinata... even if just a little while showing how Sakura was certain about her feelings for Sasuke and with that he would have a genuine reason for a change in Naruto's heart. But he actually showed us a Sakura that wasn't sure about what she felt for Naruto, he develops them as a possible pairing to in the end, just in the end ... destroy that and make him end up with another?!

I've seen some people talk NS That is just a "red herring" is the true pairing NH That is, But I'm sorry, I've never seen an author use his own heroin for something like that e even more for a pairing that have barely interacted.

and for Sakura's side it would belike " I love Sasuke-kun ... no, wait, I think I love Naruto... "No, I truly love Sasuke-kun" << It's really that way that Kishi wants to portray his own heroine?!

I think if NS doesn't happen at this point, it will be the last nail in the coffin of Sakura's character. Someone could even write a book about what NOT to do with a heroine of the story based on her.

Bit of a hopeful prediction

Just a thought I had, but if Tsunade dies doesn't she have to name a successor? I mean the village elders are, who knows where, and I dont exactly see Tsunade calling a meeting. If, and it's a big if, Sakura ends up with Tsunade healing the other Kage isn't there a chance she could name Sakura next Hokage for the interim? It is after all the duty of the kage to protect both their village, forces, and jinchuriki. In my opinion naming Naruto hokage in the middle of a war, as a jinchuriki and vital game changer, is too risky especially knowing his brash nature. Everyone else is out on the battlefield so placing Sakura there where the other Kage can witness Tsunade's wishes may just give her character the boost we've been waiting for.

It's just an out there idea but if she is left with the mantle of hokage it gives Sakura the absolute spotlight. She stands in her sensei's shoes above all the other kunoichi and shinobi poised to prove herself worthy and protect her special people (with a killer jutsu I hope). Perhaps everyone will get a chance to look at her back, even Naruto and especially Hinata who would then be devalued to ordinary "medic/side character" detail. Which is the exact place Sakura has been when NH fans have been bashing her character. And I can't help imagining Naruto's face if The Kage were to show up with Sakura wearing Tsunade's coat!

It's far fetched but given that Kishi wrote "Road to Ninja" and it's backward world himself, I can see a bit of foreshadowing. Sakura and Naruto switched places in RtN why not bring it home in the manga at least for a bit. Sakura's father was Hokage in the movie and from the spoilers so far she risks a lot to protect Naruto and then give him the hokage jacket. She puts herself in eminent danger to protect not only the village but Naruto's happiness which as we know results in some.... OPPA BRIDAL STYLE! Sorry I had to do it! Don't judge me!
So it would come full circle for her to become a heroine and then to pass the title over to Naruto.....just a delicious little thought.

Exactly. I don't know why some people are facepalming. Some people have a higher tolerance than others. I'm tired of waiting but at the same time, I'm very hopeful that Sakura does something. At this point I don't care what it is, as long as it's not simple healing because she's more than that. When has she ever stood in the background when it came to fights in Pt2 besides the fight between Sasuke and Naruto. Screw the rules for medical nin. Sakura isn't your average medical ninja. She's a powerhouse as well. I'm straying from my point... LMAO

Anyway, I agree with you here MR. IMO, people have the right to complain because we're not seeing our heroine enough. A couple of panels ain't cutting it for me nor is that beautiful colorspread of her. It was shortlived for me and while it was satisfying for a second, it didn't do anything when I saw that she was only in a flashback this chapter. LOL

Anyway, I know she's part of a plan. I just don't want to wait for this plan. I wonder how she of all the rookies will be utilized when she does come back up, and if she'll fight together with the army, or will they fall and she'll fight together with Naruto. I'm hoping for that latter to be honest. Knock em out Madara/Obito!

This^ I have read all the comments from people who are doing nothing but talk negative of Sakura and it annoys me. Kishi said" everyone" will shine in the war arc that also includes Sakura. Sakura said it herself in 573 that she will fight with Naruto everyone together, and most likely she will have development for last. I am sick of hearing people complaining that she hasn't appeared, that she doesn't fight or contribute anything for the story. Please enough is enough if you have nothing positive to say about Sakura or the manga then don't say anything at all. What good would do with complaining about one character, I understand some of you are frustrated with Sakura's development simply because she hasn't had a fight since Sasori but most of you are expecting that she becomes a super saiyan and defeats Obito and Madara. This might happened once Naruto gives her his chakra so I won't repeat myself to be patient. I wonder when that chapter finally arrives when Sakura gets the focus and fights with Naruto I would like to hear the opinions of those who have been complaining about her character.

One more thing stop comparing Hinata to Sakura she's not heroine Sakura is. The only things Hinata has done in the entire manga are her confession and the pep talk now if you compare it to the things Sakura has done (which I won't mention them because you all must know them by now).

Not that I really think that's going to happen, it is kind of strange how Sakura's dad, of all people, was Hokage. Plus, if you really want to bring in a MinaKushi parallel into this, then it could show the whole "spouse becoming Hokage" instead thing, even though Kushina wanted to be the first female Hokage. Sakura would be instead. Like I said before though, it's really really hard to see that happening lol. But it's a nice thought nonetheless.
