Speaking of MinaKushi, I heard there's a month dedication in tumblr starting in October. Hm, lucky timing. Hehehe.

That remind me, Japan is about to get another NS event on Naruto's birthday.
Great. Is there a site or is it the same site or there's no site of the event ?

I really agree with the bolded. Honestly this whole "abusive" argument just seems like a weak way to justify their irrational hate towards her. In reality, some of them probably only dislike her for getting in the way of their ship or because, like you said, they just hate her because they do. However, they are aware that those specific reasons sound silly and irrational so they hide behind the abusive argument and use it as a way to justify their immense dislike towards her character.
Also, if Kishi really wanted to show how NS was an abusive relationship, he would show Naruto not only being hurt physically, but emotionally and mentally as well. In fact, Naruto is NEVER really hurt physically when Sakura punches him. He usually gets right back up with no signs of bruising or even any redness that a forceful hit would generally leave on vulnerable skin. I recall that one girl repeatedly punching Naruto (I forgot her name! Sorry!). Her punches certainly did not send him literally flying like Sakura's have. The tone of that scene was also dramatic and dense, unlike the lighthearted/comical tone used for when Sakura hits Naruto. Not only that, but Naruto showed signs of bruising and swelling after that girl hit him. He even had to receive medical aid to treat the abuse he endured. He never had to do this with Sakura. The scenes and the way these scenarios are dealt with are completely different. One is intended to be taken seriously while the other is intended to be humorous. The tones and moods used in each scene should be obvious to detect and should also be enough in determining whether something should be taken seriously or not. Obviously, I guess some people just cannot grasp this simple differentiation.
Karui. And yeah, that scene was brutal

Is it the Yellow x Pink site ? If that's it, it was for the other last event of NS.

There was a naruxsaku & minaxkushi event in the summer that has already past.
73love is the NaruSaku web anthology project that is coming out on October 10th (Naruto's birthday).

Yeah, I believe it was an event for both of the couples at the same time. There were two Japanese minaxkushi events in the summer (or earlier in the year...can't remember the dates)
73love is open to the public in October, so there will be a lot of arts!

and there are links to other fan events on the page, if anyone is interested.

Regarding the discussion about the hatred for Sakura, I don't want to group every single person who dislikes Sakura into one category because I do think that there are legitimate reasons to dislike Sakura --just as there are legitimate reasons to dislike every single fictional character ever written-- but I do think that the massive hatred the Sakura receives is too far. I agree with most of you, a lof of the hatred she receives is because of her character in part one (and the fact that some readers can't accept that a character can change), because she interferes with pairings, because of some inherent misogyny (I have seen Sakura fans slut-shame her when discussing the possibility of Sakura moving on from Sasuke, because she would be vulgar if she moved on from him), a lack of understanding when it comes to the Tsundere trope, some dislike of her body-type, and well some silly reasons. I have interacted with people who dislike Sakura for their own reasons, she's not the type of character they prefer, they don't enjoy the sublt/slow changes within Sakura (they prefer more straightforward characters) etc etc and while I adore Sakura I understand those individual level reasons. It's the blinding, illogical hate that bothers me, the hate that is based on a misunderstanding or misreading of the manga. I don't think it's wrong to dislike a character, but when one explains why one dislikes a character I would like some honesty and I often get the feeling that many aren't honest (for instance, they dislike Sakura for pairing reasons but try to find other reasons to dislike her, and because they're looking for those reasons...what they come up with often doesn't make sense based on what's actually written in the manga).

You know in 632, people thought Sakura would kick ass. Then whether we admit it or not, she was put to the sidelines again. She is healing and yes that is very useful, but I think especially boys(which the mangaka aimes for) roots for action and combat type characters. She's healing fodder, but I don't know how much it matters did not see many praising Karin who healed Tsunade, an important and useful character. We'll see the reactions when Sakura saves Shikamaru(avoid them if she doesn't )
