I doubt it. Fairy Tail is one of the bigger manga's being scanned today, and it was updated like normal. NnT and Magi are also pretty big, and they had no problems being updated either. It really just depends on if Mangastream has a raw provider for TG, or if they waited for the official release of the chapter. I doubt the arrests will really have that much of an effect. Thursdays would be earlier than we ever got it with IS, unless you meant tuesdays...
Either way, the speed of this chapter by mangastream was rather impressive. IS closed down on Friday I think? Which means MS got their kitten done in 4 days, much of which was probably spent scrambling to get people. Anyways, my hope is still held out on weekend releases for TG like normal.
