Well, then it's nice to see everyone wearing matching clothes and look dapper doing it. Good chapter, I can't wait to see how all of the competition develops

Man, this chapter had cheesy writen all over, but I still found amusing how Jellal managed to sneak into the competition, pretty clever idea.

I concur, but then again, I kinda hate competition arcs in general. It just gives a vibe and atmosphere that doesn't suit me somehow. So Gray and Juvia is in the same contest huh? That should be interesting.

All right, that a very very good chapter, imo, just for the rules of the game. It had a nice complexity to it, which makes for some good strategy plots, and I thought that Juvia might have made a harem with all of those Grays around, at the risk of losing points.

If you read some of Mashima notes that he leave in the credits of some chapters, you will find out he is an dedicated gamer. He even made an short manga series based on the monster hunter games.

Yes, the entire Fairy Tail manga feels a lot like the MMO Final Fantasy XI. (Which is one reason I've been poking at an idea of a crossover...) Even the logo looks like an FF chocobo! "Fairy Tail" could have been his first linkshell in the game.

I've been playing FFXI since 2004.... so yeah, I'm probably biased... but many mangaka admit to playing Final Crack XI so it's not too much of a stretch. tongue.gif

Well, assassin.... erm, I mean, the match continues. I have to admit that the drop kick Juvia gave was pretty damn awesome. And figures, Fairy Tail is totally humiliated, both the teams. God, someone kill those two cats, I can't stand them for another second. BTW, I'm the only one that think of this when I look at that raven tail guy?

Very good chapter, its too bad though that Gray had to play the sponge where they have to be behind in the first round. Also, I'm intrigued of the bet, they are making, especially in Natsu's thoughts where he wants Gajeel and Laxus to act like Happy. That's fun?

Trying not to read too much into Gajeel imagining Lucy in the bunny suit. After all, he's always called her "bunny girl." It's just... hell, a love triangle between Lucy, Levy, and Gajeel would be so awful and so awesome at the same time. Better than the imaginary triangle between Gray, Natsu, and Lucy, and almost as entertaining as the Gray, Leon, Juvia canon triangle. But still awful because they are characters I all care so much about and I don't want anyone to get hurt. shamefulcry0js.gif

Is it just me or is Gray showing more signs of jealousy whenever Juvia interacts with another guy(Leon)? He's acting like a girl who has a guy with a heavy crush on her for a long time and she's just ignoring him. And when he starts to show slightly less interest, she'll go, "Why don't you like me alot anymore???"
