Clouds hung so low to the earth, yet still so incredibly high above him, and though they dispersed and became pale grey to utter, sheer white around Seiko and at a distance, for the immediate future only those clouds which seemed to be old and used towels, grey and black and clogged with incredible amounts of dirt. A small frown crossed his the Jounin's lips, his head tilted upward toward the sky as he stopped walking. His eyes narrowed and his lips drew tight, opening only slightly as he talked to himself. "A storm is coming." he murmured, his steps resuming along the hard pavement once more, a few seconds after he turned his head downward, his gaze level once more and parallel to the ground beneath him. The clicks that his boots made on the ground, hardened, were still soft as he moved, only minute vibrations emanating from them. Though he could easily have made them utterly silent, as all it took was a slower pace and more care in his step, Seiko himself actually cared little for such a thing, as a road itself was, in fact, made to be walked upon. Making no sound would make no real difference since he was moving along the path of such a clearing as this, the road easily being over twenty feet of distance from one edge to the other, Seiko being somewhere near the middle of it
His hands, tanned and large, were tucked into the pockets of his cargo shorts, not particularly hiding one thing or another, seeming only to be seeking some form of comfort in not having to carry his arms as would otherwise be necessitated; either stationary by his side or swinging them, slightly or erroneously in the arc that they made. Doing anything else but the two (swinging his arms or having them still) would cause him to become unbalanced, and veer him to one side or the other. So instead he plopped his hands into the pockets of his clothing, opting for that, somewhat neutral choice, instead of actually deciding. His eyes, hazel and multi-colored, moved languidly from one side of his field of view toward the other, the man not caring too much for his eyesight, preffering the sense of hearing and the power of his ears over that of sight and his eyes. After all, though sight could tell specific, mostly superfluous detail, hearing had no limit other than what your body could decipher, no turning of the head necessary to take something in. He could hear from each and every direction, and do so effeciently.
A sigh pressed itself stubbornly from betwixt his lips, which only opened so slightly to allow it to pass, his teeth not even opening the slightest. He could not stand the rain, after all, and his speed hastened, no longer having the feel of a slow gallop to it, rather chancing to adopt the soft sound of what it really was, someone moving a bit hastily to avoid something unwanted. Seiko was not dressed well enough to protect from the seeping damp that the rain provided, its own feeling and sensation of cold quite capable of penetrating to the bone, in a way that was so devestatingly different from that of snow, despite their similar origin of the clouds and water. The Jounin's steps moved onward, through the path, as he himself seemingly avoided the gaze of those around him, moving from one destination to the other, both inside and outside of the town. Despite the appearance, he did not avoid contact, rather than ignored it.

OOC: close, its mainly about placement of your feet so your more balanced, that the main point of me saying "defence/offencive" stance is just how i'll be able to react to an enemy tho switching stances don't take much its really helpful

IC: I walked aimlessly and sat down underneath a Sakura Tree in the park. I sighed, and said,
" God. Where's Ryuujin-sensei when you need him? He here when we DON'T need him...." I sighed again.
" I need someone to train me.Hmmm......." my thoughts drifted off to my opponent in the finals, Ginno Yuri. I didn't know much about her, but I was sure she was good to make it this far.
" Gah. I'll just train be my own then. It'll make it easier for me. " I continued to sit there, when someone came up to me.

There was a sakura tree nereby, with a young girl sitting underneath of it looking put out. Yuri thought she recognized her from the Chuunin exam, but she'd never interacted with her. She wondered who she really was.
