i love parallels to bad one writer messed up his heroine reverting her back to her 13 yr old self but the female you see here with jack is awesome badass and doesn't get knocked out in a single blow

Honestly, there is no guarantee that he is going to return to his original time or if he really wants to now.  While Jack has always had the mission of going back in time, a running theme throughout the show has been doing good in the present timeline even if it means sacrificing his chance to rewind the clock. By now, Jack has lived most of his life in the future, has done the most good there, knows the most people there and has been shaped most by his time in the future. Even if he could go back in time and create an alternate timeline where he saves everybody and beats Aku before he conquers the world, Jack would probably return to the future once this task was done. It's his home now.

 

So, I'm not worried about he and Ashi since I'm confident that she'll be with him regardless of whatever decision he makes.

Speaking of which, Kairi is undoubtedly gonna be a beast once she's become a Keyblade Master and learned to harness her Princess of Light powers.  I find it awesome that Merlin has her and Axl training in what is essentially the Hyperbolic Time Chamber  so that she can catch up to Sora and Riku.

 It's a game series called Kingdom Hearts. It's basically a crossover series between Disney and Final Fantasy characters/worlds that works out astoundingly well.
