anybody feel that kishi somewhat changed his pacings? i still remember those awful moments where the alliance morale keep going down and prep talk and flashbacks but these recent chapters changed for the better.. 

Probably because this volume has been about the end is near, so it feels like it is at end with two main characters dying. All we need now is a microwave hall scene (I wonder if anyone got that reference). Nevertheless, many things has taken care of before, so now, we are full fledge on course with full speed.

finally someone notices the connection i made and yeah yusuke and keiko was so easy and well developed if ns fans are sick of clueless nh fans downplaying that ns moment just use yu yu hakusho as an example im sure they will try to counter that arguement but the funny thing is they can't in fact yu yu hakusho was one of kishi's favorite stories

Kishi's a very big fan of Togashi. HxH is one of his favourites, so he probably likes Hakusho too ;P

Something tells me Kushina and Karin could be not so distant, but who knows. Orochimaru seems to know well, so let Mr. Scientist answer you later.

 

 

Who knows? Maybe Karin could be Naruto's cousin, which would mean that Kushina had a sister or brother who had relations with someone outside the Uzumaki Clan.

 

 

I dont think NS or any pairing will be canon until Naruto vs sasuke has played out. It would be bad for sakura to declare her love for Naruto only to have lingering feelings about sasuke and who to pick

 

 

Whose to say she has to choose when Naruto and Sasuke finally duke it out? The moments after Naruto get's out of the thin line between life and death that he's currently in would be the perfect opportunity for Naruto to compliment Sakura's forehead in reference to the bench scene if you ask me.

 

 

I do honestly like the situation of how Madara has become a threat with almost no hope left to stop him, not many series do this stuff, either preventing the villian from gaining power or they only get a porition of it or otherwise somehow are stopped in another way by sealing or something else like the sprit bomb goku used on majin buu.

Really this does make for a really big trail for naruto and Sasuke to overcome but if they overcome it, that's all the more reason it's good. Madara is just a villian for the sake of being a villian, he is cruel, prideful, arrogant, smug, can back up everything he says. Hell the dude spent most of his life in his own hate making a plan to control the world with the actions to even revive himself, and in the bitter irony, everything he didn't plan out turned out even better for him, including being edo tenseied to a younger age, given enhancements by kabuto, and finally gained the opportunity to revive from a weakened obito. Madara has been mostly on track, but his f up moment had come, he should have just pulled kurama in without letting him speak to gaara, now once naruto and sasuke get up, Madara will end up losing in the end. I do like how the villian for once is almost in reach of his goal, rather he is already there but doesn't just go to the plan because he doesn't feel perfect yet.

It's the situation now and beyond that makes me want to see exactly how do you kill virtually the god of the naruto universe when he has all the powers, all the strength, enhancements to protect from almost any strike and heal himself if even harmed, how does one overcome this? It's again that superman syndrome but in reverse, when heroes are loaded with powers, it's not interesting when they just steamroll most of their foes. But when villains have that high power, it's acceptable because they are villians it's a tired and true setup but heroes know their power is only so limited and even if they hold great powers themselves they never or hardly go full force because they have morals, it's villians like Madara who have no morals that fit this well, he doesn't care about anyone but himself, most villians on the naruto universe had some backstory or issues, Madara is simply just like this because he lost his brothers and was seen as an outcast from his own clan and came to see the world hopelessly lost in war. Because of this, he sought the power he wields now, to bring an end to it all because he just isn't content and in another way, things never went how he wanted them too. This made him warped, cruel, and selfish to the point, he doesn't care who is in his way, he is ruthless and this is a villian we needed. The only thing that remains for Madara, he is the super villian of the series we came to hate, the one we want to see die. We hate him so much we love the evil stuff he did, and that's why when naruto and Sasuke best him, it's that much better to see him fall from his high throne.

 

 

One thing I would like to see as a testament to Madara's power is have him reveal that the Sage of Six Paths was the first shinobi to figure out how elemental jutsu worked. As he's giving out some Magi-pabble about the stuff, he reveals that he can do all the elemental Kekkei Genkai as well as all the elemental Kekkei Tota thanks to his major power boost. He'd either make all the three element combinations or would reveal that Kekkei Totas are created by combining two Kekkei Genkai elements that share a basic element as the other.

 

 

Example 1: Lava (Earth + Fire) + Boil (Fire + Water) = Crystal? - Such as Mei Terumi (this is only a theory of mine)

Example 2: Sand? (Earth + Wind) + Scorch (Wind + Fire) = Dust - Such as Ohnoki (we still don't know what Earth and Wind would make)

 

 

What would also be cool is that just as the Alliance is severely weakened by Madara's might, a big damn heroes cavalry moment occurs when twelve major clans from each of the Five Great Shinobi Villages show up with reinforcements by their side. Said reinforcements would not only include members of each of their respective clans, but would also include all the minor villages (which I would call the border countries) are their as well. Each minor village would have a total of five clans. One clan that would be the ruling clan of the village, while the other four clans would be known as the elite four clans of their respected villages.

 

 

And then Madara curb-stomps them like nobody's business without taking a sweat. Though the heads of all the clans would still put up a good fight by simply being named characters that all lead their respective clans. Another way Madara could once again prove how overpowered he is is by learning all secret techniques and bloodline abilities by simply looking at them with his eyes. He would probably explain how he did this by stating that since the Sage was the progenitor of all modern day Ninjutsu, it would come as no surprise that the Sage could've conceived of such Jutsu before by merely willing to do so. That would further cement Madara as a threat to the livelihood of the Narutoverse and a true final boss type of villain worthy of such awe inspiring fear. 

 

 

If you had to pick, would you rather get a NaruSaku moment from Minato talking to Sakura or (somehow) Kushina talking to Sakura? 

 

 

I wouldn't have a preference, but if Kishi could somehow arrange a meeting between Sakura and Kushina I would enjoy it. I just want to see how such an interaction would play out. It could be one way to potentially add fuel to NaruSaku's credibility. I could imagine said interaction being funny and heartwarming at the same time somehow.

 

 

One thing I could see as to how Sakura would get a power-up as well as Naruto is if Minato takes them to some place like the Hyperbolic Time Chamber from DBZ or the Dangai from Bleach and have them train until they get strong enough to stand a chance against Madara. That way, if Sakura hasn't learned or Mastered Slug Sage Mode yet, she can still get around to doing so without having her training rushed to the point that it suspends disbelief should she learn it at a ridiculous rate.

Kishi is wrapping up character traits from part 1 and 2 and from what it seems she is on the road of surpassing Tsunade in the sense of tragedy love so who is to say that she won't be doing so also in ninjutsu? xD

Hmm,interesting.....actually,for me.. this might be a setup by kishimoto himself..
just look at the situation right now..madara is now a badass...double it up when he gets both of rinnegan eye...while..the heroes are down. actually dont know how long it takes to revive them both...so, sakura! Life's too short to live a life of regret... if Naruto's gonna learn something from this experience, it's that he can't wait forever. There's also really no reason to wait any longer anyway, because if they do this now, it'll give Naruto the resolve to come out of this alive and it'll feel like a better place then after Naruto defeats Sasuke (which would have somewhat of a shallow feel to it)

Sakura is being crucial in saving Naruto's life, I think this is her heroine moment, as Kishi said. Fighting Madara? I don't think so. Sakura is without chakra, she won't be able to fight Madara. Plus he's invincible right now. Even Kishi doesn't know how to stop him. 

Sincerely, I can't even imagine what's coming next, so many possibilities. My biggest bet is that Naruto is going to eat the Shinju's fruit. This is the only way to recover his powers + gain new powers, and even so it's gonna be a tough fight with Madara. But one thing we learned with Kishi is that the more badass the villain become, highest will be his fall.

Surely Kushina talking with Sakura, I would LOVE this.

Kushina asking about Naruto's growth, and Sakura saying that he worked hard to become the hero of Konoha, that she watched all his growth. Kushina saying something like: My son is lucky to have a girl like you.

Ohhh, this would be sooooo coool.

Imagine NH and SS fans, saying things like: Oh, now Sakura knows his family. AND she's recognized as Naruto's girlfriend by his parents. Canon. GG.

Hey i never did notice that this was also a reference to the TsunaDan thing  , do you have any kind of a edit that compares this two scenes or if you know in what chapter it was the  TsunaDan one i would very much appreciate it  . 

 

Now i see many are predicting that Sakura will use Chio's jutsu and sacrifice her life for Naruto (which is a big NO NO for me), but i was wondering if anyone of you guys & girls thinks that what Sakura's doing now is like more or less the same thing as the Chio's jutsu , she's basically the only thing that keeps Naruto alive , she's like his artificial heart so to speak , so i think in this way she's surpassing what Chio did back then i mean think both of them were exhausted , both of them received chakra so they can keep them alive back then Chio from Naruto & Sakura from Garra now , and both of them were/are using  extreme measures to keep the boys alive it just in the case of Chio it was a KinJutsu , so i think in this way that Sakura is gonna surpass Chio she's gonna save Naruto without her dying and with this we get the full reference and the closure to that scene and again the New Generation surpasses the Old one .

I would pick Kushina talking to Sakura. We already had some talk and a thought from Minato about Sakura, so Kushina would be great if she does the same.

TAKE THAT BACK    . But on a more serious note what would Sakura getting stab by JuubiDarra accomplish when Naruto's practically dead now and Sakura's the only thing that keeps him alive , i don't know how do you see this being played out ?

 

Also has anybody count the numbers of parallels and callback scenes that we had over this last two chapters ? Man it would have been sweet if we had a list of them    .

I'm not sure about SSM but I think that Kishi made Sakura the only available medic for reasons that doesn't only pertain to pairings. After all, them meeting up with Madara while Naruto is not in his full condition is very high and she would have to play one big role or the other. Here's hoping that some of her foreshadowed or hinted abilities might come out in play(genjutsu, axe, slug sage mode, the Haruno clan symbol that is similar to Hashirama's forehead mark). There are many possibilities on what could happen.

Its crazy but people are actually giving props to Sakura and there is no hate on her, I never imagined it would happen. 

What's so surprising? Sakura is love By many fans and is the top female in Naruto in terms of popularity, in Japan that is, even in the west, but more so in Japan. But yes, sakura is getting a lot of praise by the fan base and her fans.
