Why do people NOT ship these two? I just don't get it.
Probably cause they hate Sakura. When she's probably the most developed female character in the whole show.
I respect Hinata, but Sakura deserves some too.

Who is this?
Konohamaru looks very similar to Naruto when he was 15. His boots trail up the calves somewhat, which is one distinctive feature. But he has the same exact same style of jumpsuit trousers, except they're in brown instead of a lurid orange colour. The collar and layout of the pockets is distinctive, but you can still make out Naruto's strong influence on Konohamaru's style and person.

I LOVE THESE DESIGNS.
The pink shoes are absolutely adorable.
As for why the final designs don't match the sketches: they're not supposed to. Kishimoto's sketches are rough drafts, and are not the final designs.
