Would you look at that! There's no replacement limb bulging out of the sleeve. You can't even make out the stump he recently acquired in the manga through his Uchiha style garment. We can only imagine how much this has impact his aptitude to weave hand signs and use ninjutsu. Unless he learned to regulate the amount of chakra necessary for jutsu with just one hand, many of Sasuke's elemental techs, including his precious clan's fire-based projectiles, have been cut off
