Why it feels like we're ignoring Sakura?
Because once she became Mrs. Uchiha, She lost all relevance to the story just like all the other characters other than Sasuke.

Who says Sasuke cheated? He could have slept with Karin long before he ever got together (if he ever did, that is) with Sakura, like after he left in the village in 699.
Also, we probably won't have the French spoiler pages for a bit. Last time they came out at around 3:00 pm central time I believe, though the chapter before that we got them at like 11:00 am.
