It's one of those rpg games where you pick and choose what you want to do, so no, Touka didn't get with Rio, whoever was playing that specific game had the option to choose Touka or Akira.

It's one of those rpg games where you pick and choose what you want to do, so no, Touka didn't get with Rio, whoever was playing that specific game had the option to choose Touka or Akira.
