I don't think that'll be the case though unless there was a big emphasis on "suki" vs "aikitteneru". What did Hinata use during her confession?

She said "daisuki" to Naruto.

In the manga the only one, if I remember well (I've doubt about gaara's mother), who said "aikitteneru" to someone was Kushina.

Yeah, I think it would be like the process is finished.

First, she said "suki" then at the end, when she realizes, she will say "aikitteneru".

You know, I can't help but think a small comedy will come in that moment from Naruto. Like for example:

Sakura: After all this time, Naruto, I love you.
Naruto: *shocked but then...* Wait! This can't be real!

I just know that the confession will start off having a comedy feel but then gets really serious by the last half. I just can't help but think that will happen. It does fit Kishi's style.

If Obito is able to start the moons eye plan and for a while they are in a genjutsu before breaking it and later, Sakura has a confession. I can see Naruto doing something like this, questioning if they ever broke the moons eye plan in the first place. XD

That or maybe Naruto would think, "Hey, someone's playing a trick with me like how I did for Sakura back in chapter 3." That's one way.

As for a kiss, I would be surprise because well, this is Shounen and a kiss seems to be off-screen or just imagine one yourself. But then again, there are alternatives like how Kishi did one for Yahiko/Konan, but only this time make a shadow figure of them, implying that they are kissing. There are ways if they can't make the kiss visible.

haha thats a great idea. I could see it like that:
Obito wants to start the moon eye in the same second naruto attacks him with a strong jutsu. Obito is defeated and naruto is unconscious. When he wakes up we could see a situation like OVA.
Sakura then tells him that she loves him and naruto thinks that he couldnt defeat obito and is in the genjustu now.
Honestly i could really imagine something like that happening.

If only this was the last arc, I can really see that happening. Lol. It's still great. I know that Sakura can fall in love at anytime now, but canon pairing happens at the end. I hope you know what I mean. Like they love each other, but none of them confess and got together, so it's in pending. That can happen.

Now I remember why I am ok with SK, even though I'm still waiting for Karin first move on Sasuke (punch or forgive?). Out of the girls, she at least has a valid reason to be interested with Sasuke. Not only she got saved, but Sasuke happened to smile (that's just crazy). Hm, I wonder if she is still in Konoha. It can be very interesting.

Actually, she was planning to escape on the same day. Remember, we are still on day 2. All this since Gaara's fight is on day 2. What a long day. And remember, she has to be very stealthy since she's in Konoha, so sneaking out isn't easy. She's a really good support but offense is questionable. Time will tell once again. That's one way to bring back Team Taka if you ask me.

It happened on the same day as Sasuke meeting Itachi and so forth. The main question is how long did it take for her to get out of prison. It's not that easy since there are guards inside that place. Also, exactly how big is the prison? Impel down? Just kidding, but it should take time for her to leave. I don't know how good is the security now but soon we'll learn. You may ask, "Why not keep her in prison since Sasuke is coming?" Well, he may be in Konoha now, but he's not going to search everything in there, rather whatever Orochimaru is taking him. That's why I think it's a good opportunity to have all Team Taka back now and makes the most sense. That is if Kishi intended to, of course.

LOL This is what I see happening or something similar.

After things are taken care of with the enemy, Sakura sort of stands in the distance and smiles at Naruto while he's surrounded and everyone is cheering/happy that the war is over.

Sakura: ... You did it Naruto. That boy that wanted so much to be acknowledged is finally being acknowledged by everyone. You're a hero... My hero even. I can't believe... I've actually fallen in love with you.

*Sakura sheds a tear and closes her eyes* I'm not gonna push my feelings on you again.
