surprised you guys haven't talked about the games, about the focus on alchemy references, the fact type null is a chimera made from owlett, popleo, litten, and rockruff in an attempt to make a manmade arceus, has a copy of multitype for its evolution silvally's ability and the helmet on type null was a limiter, and it looks like arceus' ring which means arceus isn't showing its full power which means primal arceus focus. plus how the aether foundation members are obviously the ultra beasts, and are most  likely the evil team of this gen. you guys have been focusing so much on the shipping you're completely out of the loop of all the big sun and moon reveals. heck, omega ruby alpha sapphire had steven reference alain in game, and in the demo, there where pikachus wearing all of ash's hats, and ash was referenced in text which means the omega ruby xy sun moon universe may in fact be the anime universe, even the team flare arc is like a followup to the team flare events in xy. we may actually fight ash in game and/or team up with him against the aether foundation, also the arceus focus and how much the ultra beasts seem like pokemon/human hybrids from a higher plain, we may have 4th gen remakes to expand on arceus and the time space dimension trio.

As far as the anime goes, I'm willing to give it a shot because of all the concepts I've heard behind the games like Ash (maybe) creating the Alola league in the anime after the school arc finishes, and if that's the case then hell yeah we're going somewhere.

Better Ash doesn't participate in his League would really bad if he doesn't win in his own league or even if he wins would bad too there is not exit.

only thing about the trials xD you have to be 11 to do them, was said in the demo, so they'll have to finally age ash if he's gonna do them xD so finally ash will stop being 10 xD

at least he's not gone forever, he'll probably come back for a league sooner or later, since he's only staying in kalos on request from zygarde because he's the only one that can help track down the ivies to fix up kalos. kinda his thing since he is the legendary hero pokemon of the ninja village.

WOW, I am just UPSET with this anime series right now I very well may give up on it right in the future (A.K.A. Not bothering with the sun and moon arc)   Why? Ash releases Greninja. THANKS A LOT writers you destroyed my happiness bubble. Ash finally gets a water stareter that evolves and you have him release it. What? Greninja is the key to ash winning the next league?  give me a break. MAKE UP YOUR MINDS on what your message is! If you're saying having a strong Pokemon is not the only way to win battles then there's nothing wrong with Ash keeping his. But if that IS your message (Strong Pokemon decide fights), Just "Tobias" him like you did in the Sinnoh league. These writers clearly have NO SENSE at all.
