Oh you mean how the arc has been anyway? This arc started with the Souma battling Kuma in order to beat him in sales so he would get the Shokugeki, but dispite beating him there is little to no chance of him beating him in sales overall, so it's a dud, the real purpose of this arc appears to be to show Souma's growth and his bond while building up to the current situation.

 

A classic bait and switch, have them all thinking it's about a premise to get a battle with the top 10, when in reality it was to introduce the (probably) former number 3 seat who may or may not have had anything to do with Jouchirou not graduating, who just so happens to be Erina's Biological father (Biological part seems important here) and wants to make the school an even more elite school than it already is.

 

Few more hours the confirmed spoilers should be out.

Some of the other E10 appear, in order of number 4, 3, 5, 6.
Eizan has earned a lot, being behind 20 stalls(Yamanote area?
Rindou-sempai says/presents while walking and eating.
Rindou is thinking of splitting with Soma & Megumi the souvenirs she will be getting (by force) from Tsukasa's restaurant.

~Erina's restaurant~
Soma walks in and asks to try Erina's food.
Azami glared at him when Soma asks to share a table.
Azami: "You should be more selective in your choice of friends"
Azami leaves the restaurant since his interest waned.

Once Azami is outside, a black car pulls up nearby to greet him.
Senzaemon appears and tells him to leave/go away.

Senzaemon: "The young chefs with talent and power are the ones who are able to decide on Tootsuki's future!" "Nothing will change even if you cause a clamour by yourself"

Azami then hands a letter(something like a letter of challenge) to Senzaemon.
"If the majority of the E10 wishes so, then it becomes the consensus of Tootsuki Academy"

Rindou: "If it's so, which side would Soma take?"
Soma: "I don't know what you're talking about"
Rindou: "I thought you would go for it immediately 'too' "

On the letter is "A resolution to appoint Azami as the new general director. The following signatories: (9,6,5,4,2,1)"

Rindou: "After all, a new wave is coming right? It's better to be on that side" "It makes me so excited"

Azami: "At around this time tomorrow, everything will be settled. This kingdom of gourmet which Japan is proud of. I will become the new king"

Well that was a surprise there...but damn Rindou looks hot. So would this be classed as a bait and switch? We were all expecting one thing, and we ended  up with something quite crazy.

 

Does that mean they have less than 24 hours to upsurp one of the elite 10 to change the voting or can they convince them to change their mind. Bugger now we gotta wait for next week to see the cliffhanger from this weeks chapter, also want to here why the Elite 10 voted the way they did, the new regime doesn't really sound like it would be good for the students.

 

I can't wait for the chapter for a completely different reason now, you have to give the Mangaka credit, he's thrown out cliffhangers after cliffhangers during the period when the due to the anime, interest in the anime is at it's peak, this could be enough to put it in the top three slot.
