I don't really want to see Sakura get a power-up. Not a massive one, at least. She's badass enough without a power-up, just seeing her do her thing would be great. Plus, we kind of need the basic kind of combat she provides now as a breath of fresh air, what with most of the others being super-powered.

I don't think it's gonna be enormously huge. I think it's gonna be enough. I mean, she hasn't had a serious fight in quite awhile, so Kishi could have it to the point where she trained for quite a bit and all that jazz.

My amazement for why these people do not even remotely understand the story will never cease, again people think its all hinata, hinata, hinata, well sorry its not hinata, she is not as important as others. This chapter was called team 7 for a reason, not team 7 plus hinata

So where do we go now? Well Hinata remains undetermined, Sakura's love for Sasuke will be addressed, and best of all, Sakura's involvement with Naruto has not ended. She has a role in the fight and the finale for hokage when its between Naruto and Sasuke. Best of all? This is only chapter 4 of this epic volume, 66. The climax is still 3-5 chapters away. Not going to get arrogant or ignorant, I mean unlike some haters who think the stuff between Naruto and Sakura will just vanish, we don't do that towards NH and SS, until Hinata and Sakura's feelings towards Sasuke are addressed, we will have to be prepped for anything left in the open, just this kushina stuff finally dies today. NS claims Kushina, Minato made it. NS-MK is a parallel, its done, its over. This is one part of the fan wars that can die, no debating about it left, besides it was freaking obvious from the start who Kushina resembled but it got twisted over time.

I find it funny though in one aspect, is NH going to hate Minato now? Hate Naruto? What if Hinata ultimately approved of their happiness? If Hinata became a NS fan well, i think that would be the final nail in the coffin. Don't know about the rest of you but I may need a flak jacket and stock up on supplies, I sense a flame war all over the internet ready to erupt.

I disagree with this entirely. If she doesn't at least have Byakugo/Strength of a Hundred then:

1.) She's disobeying her Sannin.
2.) She's going to absolutely get squashed.
3.) She's talking herself up and can't deliver again and will need to be saved.

None of which I really want to see. In fact, if any of these happen, I will probably light something on fire.

She's going into battle alongside and against the most powerful Shinobi in existence. She needs to step it up. Period.

Sakura for me is always has potential to reach kage level.
I mean perfect chakra control, genjutsu affinity, super streght, medical jutsu? And how about potentially slug summon and slug sage jutsu. I think the hatred really cloud their judgement.

Well he knows that some people consider her a bad heroine, so I agree he'll definitely give a strong showing in the next couple chapters. Maybe some NaruSaku combo attacks

One other reason that I liked this chapter is that if you pay close attention to Sasuke, it seems like he is headed for another team change, specifically if you compare him to Madara. Madara starts out good, turns evil for the Uchiha, than is forced to seek peace with Hashirama, and finally after he is denied the Hokage spot specifically because he was not the crowd favorite turns evil again.

Sasuke started out good, turned evil for his clan, than is allied with the ninja alliance to defeat Madara, and now wants to become Hokage and does not care what the others think. Plus remember what Itachi said about being acknowledged before becoming Hokage. It was obvious from the K9's reactions who they prefer for the Hokage position.

Idk but I think Kishi is setting Sasuke up for another fall.

I'm guessing she may have the strength of 100 or some variant of it. Maybe her own sage mode as others though, but relax, this is Sakura, remember who taught her, Tsunade, she is not going to get squashed, Sakura will get injured or hit a couple times in battle, but she is not going to die. She is safe till the end. No point in the normal girl dying in the world with those born with genetic advantages always dominate. Sakura however may be around a 33-35 in this power I'm predicting. She has been mentally developed most of the time, but she has a great hidden power, remember kishi said she had the potential, now she is literally going to unleash it.

My opinion is I don't really have much respect for, or care, about people who think Neji's death was worthless if Hinata doesn't get to be Hokage-Queen.

Something tells me they forgot about Sakura's feelings in the 3rd databook. Otherwise these statements can be translated as this: bashing and denial, the Kushina stuff ended, how was it this hard to see from the start I mean seriously? The similarities were right there from the beginning between Sakura and Kushina.

I'm just tense about it because this is it. Like there is no 2nd chance. She steps it up here or lives in eternal worthless crybaby damsel mode until the end of the series. If Kishi messes this up there will be rage beyond imagination.

Yeaa...Kishimoto will step it up in regards to backing up her claim. I'm positive he will since it will be no point in having her prepping for the fight if she weren't going to show off. Also, don't blame the character, blame the author if your expectations are not met. That's the problem with this fandom; it's like they forget that these are the writings of one person and that the characters are the product from his mind.

Same goes for One Piece in regards to Nami but that's going off-topic.

I'm feeling good about the upcoming fight because well, they are all going to surpass their sannin masters. If its just sakura using her fighting stuff to bash the ten tails, not to mention, there are 3 hokage helping them and the remainder of the alliance, its just great to see her in a heavy hitting role. Sakura may do some advanced healing too. If anything, all i'm expecting is that Sakura has some variant of Tsunade's power to which she surpasses her, kinda like Naruto surpassed Jiriaya in sage mode. Kishi in a way has shown Sakura's heroine status these past few chapters, he has a good streak going. I don't see why it would be messed up so soon.
