1.) Yoshimura's right hand. He probably has all information from Yoshimura. There is a reason Yoshimura told him not to participate in the Anteiku raid.
2.) Kaneki's older brother figure/caretaker. Watched over Kaneki and supplied him with relevant information, some of which might have come from Yoshimura, more information might be passed to Kaneki through Yomo.
3.) Connection to clowns. Speaks for itself.
4.) Kaneki's father figure is Arima. Yomo hates Arima. The likelihood of problems stemming between the two and having an impact on Kaneki is extremely high, given the relevant importance of both two Kaneki. Likely a huge plot point later on.

2. That was Yoshimura, Yomo always went in and out of plot, it's hard to place him as older brother to Kaneki.

3. You meant connection to Uta? As far as I remember - he didn't placed himself as clown nor he knew that Uta is clown.

4. Arima is father figure to Sasaki=/=Kaneki, and that's stretched far away, that they would have a clash on exactly this point. But who knows.

1.) We don't. We don't know his dealings. We don't know much about "V", etc. there are a lot of things that could have been told to Yomo.
2.) No, it wasn't Yoshimura, it was Yomo. Yoshimura gave Kaneki a place, Yomo watched over him by order of Yoshimura. Yomo was his guardian.
3.) He knows of Uta's relationship with the Clowns at the very least, it was confirmed in a chapter earlier in :RE when Uta visited the coffee shop. Yoshimura was probably also aware of the existence of the Clowns, and probably told Yomo about them in part one, as Yomo showed suspicion when Itori mentioned what happened to Rize wasn't an accident.
Kaneki and Sasaki are one in the same. They are the same person. It isn't as if once he gets his memory back, he's just going to forget Arima. Arima will still be a father figure to him, it will just put a strain on their relationship, as Akira and his relationship was strained earlier too.

I was browsing reddit and came upon an interesting theory

What if...the organisation V is kind of together with the high echelon of CCG? 

 

I mean, they kind of  want preserve "balanc" and CCG investigators are called doves while organisation V's intended world as represented by Kanou is a cage. So taking in the fact that doves are  birds that can be taught to be useful butstay in a cage when they are not needed

 

The logical conclusion is that organisation V is using the CCG

 

Yeah this might be a little of a stretch but it makes sense...kinda, and it would fit the cryptic information Eto was disclosing to Amon back then during their talk in the original TG
