I suppose the characters on that poster are all main characters of the movie since it's the main poster of the movie. I wonder what Shikamaru and Hinata could do in that movie. Why them of all the rookies if they all have the same importance? Shikamaru and Hinata must have some relevance in the movie if they're present in the main poster. 

I can understand Shikamaru because Kishi foreshadowed him to be Naruto's advisor.....(though will Kishi really have time to go through with that if he makes Naruto hokage at the end?)

 

Dunno what Hinata is doing there or why she looks different then everyone else. Not gonna lie it makes me a little uneasy pairing wise.

One thing is making me a little bit confident is Hinata's facial expression... Why does she look so sad while characters are supposed to represent their role in the movie in the main poster (like RTN). While everyone is showing a supportive role for Naruto with a determined look, she's the only one being out in that role.... I wonder what that mean? I don't think it would be a good way to represent Naruto's love interest as a supportive role to show her with a "please come back alive" look like NH fans are currently thinking... I'm sure it's something else that is making her having such a sad look, if you get what I mean.

I think it makes most of us feel uneasy pairing-wise. Because that's all Hinata is. A living crush on Naruto. Whenever she appears, it's about Naruto. Not even her role in her family matters as much. I'm not saying that to be a hater or anything, even though I admitting-ly -do- hate Hinata.

Heck, I used to be a part of the Anti-Hinata FC in Narutoforums and made a freaking signature banner that was all her little and major moments and how they were about Naruto. I stopped around the beginning of the war but boy, I sure could add on.

But it is possible that the hyuugas could play a big role and Hinata is supposed to be the heir so...

It is also possible that SP just put her on there because they are huuuuge Hinata fans. But even so, I've noticed that while they are Hinata fans, they are also NaruSaku fans. The wait is really killer though.

Ichiraku is the master mind of all the event in the narutoverse is much more possible than that.

I do. I just don't want anymore pairing drama in the movie beforehand.

maybe because we don't have Hinata's sketch yet from Kishi they couldn't really make anything else but to have her face sideways.

 

but more than that how come Sakura doesn't look like the one on the sketches? are the ones in the poster old pictures of them except Naruto? where is that sideswept bangs??

They gave her that anxious and worried look you have when you're waiting for someone important.

 

Hinata is ALWAYS anxious and worried.  Always wringing her hands.  Always stuttering, undecided, ready to faint, lacking confidence, feeling down, full of dread, having to be cheered up, saved, etc.

 

Maybe she broke a nail.  

 

ETA:  My point is, seeing a sketch of her looking away or seeming sad / down / worried is in character for her.  That's what she's usually like.  Nothing new.

Except for chapters 614 and 615. Then again almost every character in those chapters were OOC. Naruto Uzumaki ready to throw in the towel and give up.....?!   At one point, I wondered whether it was really Naruto or some impostor using a transformation jutsu. 

 

All this trouble Kishi had to go through just to show that Hinata is not a complete wussy and that she had grown a backbone. This sort of sums up the story of Hinata. The only way to make her look good is by forcefully lowering the standards of every other character.

To be honest, I am glad I am part of NS fandom but I feel like it's the most impatient and paranoid fandom out of the Big 3.. and why? All because they bow their ear down to what the other 2 are saying instead of analyzing stuff for themselves. That, of course, speaking big scale. :)
